Apple Protein Cake 🍎 Aqui os dejo una receta de tarta de manzana fit! Super sana y fácil de hacer🤗👇🏽 - Ingredientes: ➡️3 manzanas 🍏 ➡️1 huevo y dos claras 🥚 ➡️60 gr de harina de avena ➡️30gr de proteína en polvo (yo uso la vegana de Women best, sabor vainilla😋) ➡️100 ml de leche vegetal ➡️1 cucharada de levadura ➡️Canela y endulzante del gusto ➡️Ralladura de un limón 🍋 - Elaboración: 1️⃣Pelar las manzanas y laminar media para ponerla encima al final. 2️⃣Con ayuda de la batidora o procesador de alimentos, triturar las manzanas con el huevo y las claras. 3️⃣Verter la masa de las manzanas y las claras en un bol y mezclar con el resto de ingredientes hasta que queden todos integrados. 4️⃣Colocar la masa en el molde y poner por encima el resto de la manzana laminada. 5️⃣Cocinar al horno a 180grados durante 1 hora. 6️⃣Poner mermelada por encima (opcional) y dejarla enfriar en la nevera! 👌🏽😀 ————————————————— Ingredients: ➡️3 apples 🍏 ➡️1 egg and two egg whites 🥚 ➡️60 gr oatmeal ➡️30 gr vegan protein ( I use vegan protein of Women Best, vanilla flavour) 😋 ➡️100 ml vegetable milk ➡️1 teaspoon of yeast ➡️cinnamon and sweetener ➡️Lemon zest 🍋 - Method: 1️⃣Peel the apples and half laminate to put it on the end. 2️⃣With the help of the blender or food processor, crush the apples with the egg and the egg whites. 3️⃣Place the dough in a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients until they are all integrated. 4️⃣ Place the dough in the mold and put the rest of the rolled apple on top. 5️⃣Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. 6️⃣Put jam over (optional) and let it cool in the fridge! 👌🏽😀 at Barcelone (Barcelona, Spain)

🌟 MOTIVATION 🌟 . Anyone else find it really hard to stay motivated at times? Cause same. Here’s a few tips that have helped me stay on track so far this year. . Be organized - On a Sunday night I’ll write out what I’m doing each day and also my meals for the week so I don’t end up picking up unnecessary bits I don’t need or procrastinating for hours like I usually do. . Think of how you’ll feel after - Whenever I feel like missing a gym session I know I’ve planned on doing or even crave a dominos I defiantly don’t need, I always think about how I’ll feel after and that motivates me to go to the gym or just make a better meal choice as opposed to feeling guilty after. . Logging meals - I’ll usually log my main meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner the night before for the following day. This may not work for everyone but it helps keeps me on track especially on busy weekdays. . Hopefully these tips help others too 🙌🏼 #happymonday #mondaymotivation at Dublin, Ireland

1st and main reason I record, to check my form. I don’t usually have the time to go to the gym and use their big fancy mirrors so I rely on my videos. Im always checking myself Bc I know my form can be off and just like everyone else, we need to improve to get a great workout but also to avoid any injuries.
