TOFU: It is a complete source of dietary protein, which means it provides all of the essential amino acids needed in the diet. I love to switch it up in the kitchen! Kind of messy and unbalanced at times, but this is me. . I'm no professional athlete or rock hard body I see all over social media. I mess moves up and I definitely fall off the clean eating wagon a few times. But I don't let my imperfections stop me or steer me off my path. . I can't imagine being on this ride by myself. I thrive being on a team of supportive, inspiring, imperfect but REAL women. We all have our struggles and messes and having the bravery to come together, share, and empower each other is so empowering. . A Facebook reminded me this morning that it has been 3 years since my whirlwind trip up to NY to be on the Dr Oz show because of the No Excuse Mom calendar. Never would I have thought that I would EVER appear on national TV much less in my bathing suit, talking about fitness!!! It's been a crazy three years, so thankful that fitness is still a huge part of my life and that I am still on my fit journey.
