Check out my client, @taniaprocyk, who I had the pleasure of working with towards her very first figure show back in 2016-17.
This wife and mother of two daughters, knows a thing or two about hard work. She came to us a few years ago to get in shape. For a long time, one of her goals was to compete in a fitness competition.
Before prepping for a show, Tania worked her ass towards under the watchful eyes of ——— her goal of doing a photoshoot. I wanted to see if she had what it took to do it. With flying colors, she did.
Then some time later, I prepped her for her first regional figure show.
We did a 16 week ONLINE prep. I gave her an automated meal plan for the first half of the prep and then I switched her over to flexible dieting for the other half.
The switch was so much better for her. She knew what foods she can have and she loved the variety and no restrictions. She still managed to dine with her family on occasion. She did her cardio and crushed her workouts.
Her physique shaped up really well.
As a result of her hard work and commitment, Tania received a 4th place finish in the Open Figure category, which qualified her for provincials the following year.
Tania showed that no matter how long it takes, still go after it.
