After driving hour upon hour, we drove through the small town of Brim. Never would I have expected to see such a thing. The Farmer Quartet is a mural by Guido van Helten and is a monument to the farmers of the drought-stricken farming community. It’s an amazing reference to the working class that never get the appreciation they deserve. This could have been placed in the middle of the United states and would have been equally powerful. In all honesty, it made me a bit home sick.
