gluten free pronuts - looks like a donut tastes like cookie. 😵 literally the best damn post workout meal! also, having baked elk meatballs cause beef is mediocre. 👌 winter bulking is going strong - focusing on 90% healthy foods and 10% sweet treats, and hitting new PRs.
1 cup blanched almond flour, 1 scoop @usplabs caramel cookie stix, 3/4 cup skim milk, 1 tb ground cinnamon, 2 tb stevia and 2 tsp baking powder. Yields 4-5 pronuts.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Combine both together, grease donut pan, and pour batter. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes.
Macros per pronut:
184 cals, 12.6g fat, 6.4g carbs, 11g protein.
