I saw this last week and it totally resonated with me and I've been thinking about what it meant to me.
When I opened Stiletto Salon I thought I knew it all. Very little did I know and how much respect I had earned for the business. I swallowed all my pride to make things right with an employer I did wrong when I realized how difficult business was. 5 years ago I thought I was again on top of my game. Still very little did I know. I made a ton of mistakes, learned from them, changed the person I was to what I had to be. I still stand here 10 years later but a little more humble knowing I still have so much more to learn and that my goals and dreams are not even close to finished yet but my purpose is no longer about me. It's about leading my team and giving back to them.I've accepted there's good days and bad days, that I can't make everyone happy, truly exhausting, mentally draining days and day's I want to shout from the rooftops. When you find your purpose it will be easy to pursue and will bring happiness far greater than any amount of money could ever be received.
