We learned how to shuck @normandie_ostras at Barcelona's charming @elcasalcafe, in an excellent experience that takes you through their history to the growing process; their harvesting to transport, shucking and the plate.
There's cava, wine, and brilliant tapas, too. (The El Casal brothers do one of the city's best patatas bravas, topped with rich beef stew.)
