This pirr piri chicken was ace ! not dry at all .
Butterfly a whole chicken, rub piri piri seasoning all over with a tbsp oil . Marinate for at least 4 hours overnight is best .
Take marinated chicken out 20 minutes prior to roasting, heat oven to 220 C.
Make your basting sauce , 2 to 3 Tbsps Nanados Sauce ( your choice of sauce) 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce , 2tsp crushed garlic and 1tsp oil .
Roast chicken for 20 minutes , take out and baste with 1/2 your sauce
lower heat to 200 C , cover loosely with foil and bake for another 25 minutes .
take off foil and baste again with the sauce mixture and roast for another 5 to 10 minutes
check chicken to make sure its cooked (thickest part of meat, juices run clear when knife inserted)
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes and eat !
