I developed horrible ganglion cysts in my right wrist when I was pregnancy with Wyatt.
Fast forward 3 years later, and they are even worse. My range of motion is limited. It’s incredibly painful when I try to do CrossFit (especially cleans!). I seriously thought there was no hope. I refuse to have surgery and my chiropractor tried draining it with an acupuncture needle, but it filled back up a few hours later.
Rather than trying to painfully get rid of them, I decided to support my body instead.

My body has changed. The cyst is smaller than it’s ever been, my range of motion is better, and I don’t have pain.
