Third week Of February in Tour Of Mexico 3 Course Meal we got from region “Nuevo Leon”...! 1.- Papas Galeanas... deep fried potato, mixed with guajillo powder, paprika, salt, served with chipotle mayo and lime!
2.-Cortadillo... beef stew, with green sauce and potato, served with Mexican rice and black refried bean.
3. Glorias... traditional Mexican candy made with pecans and caramel milk, served with coffe mousse!
