Go through each exercise for max reps in 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds in between each set (I use my phone stopwatch to track time). Repeat x8 rounds!! Ohh you will be sweaty (I thought looks easy enough LOL I was wrong and was covered in sweat by the end) 😳💦
