Hi guys!! I wanted to share two clips from my workout last night. I took a few of @taychayy’s exercises and incorporated them into my own EMOM workout. ◌◌◌ The two I’m sharing were my favorites from the workout. The 1st one is one of the ones from her page! I performed 7 exercises for 5 rounds. That means 35 minutes of booty kickin’. ◌◌◌ Video 1: side lunge to oblique twist x10 per side Video 2: Row into a burpee x10 ◌◌◌ Finished my workout with 20 minutes of steady state cardio (incline ⬆️). Been following a low volume high intensity style workouts and I think it is paying great dividends. Got the idea from an OG in the sport @anthbailes_maxxmuscle. I get to eat a little bit more food thanks to the dynamics of the workout and the only thing that really change Nutrition wise through out the week is I don’t have an intra or post shake on off days. I’m excited for what the future has in store and the small circle I have around me. The average speed for this run was 22.5 kph 😮 . . . That's serious speed. Mortals are lucky if they can touch those kind of speeds for more than 1 minute! . . . The figure shows the pacing pattern of the race. Most of the runners in the final were capable of running 28 min - the dotted line ⏪ SWIPE TO SEE GRAPH ⏪ . . . But for whatever reason most decided to run at a pace faster than 28 min. Those squiggly lines going up the figure are runners falling off the pace or dropping out alltogether. These runners didn't decide to run their maximum sustainable speed for 10 km - instead they tried to go with Mo! But it didn't end well. . . . A contributing factor to this drop in pace could be fast change in pace within the first 1.5 km - forcing a change above critical intensity and contributing to fatigue. . . . A slow start where athletes are settled in - followed by a switch in pace could have disturbed a lot of the runners who aren't capable of running low 27 min. . . . The pacing profile follows a slow-fast and steady-slower pacing profile until the last part of the race. It's like they're trying to get rid of opponents - which they do a good job of until around 6.5 km. When they've done the damage they slow down and assess the situation. The situation is Mo Farah. And he turns it into a sprint! . . . Your job in this Red Zone Session is to Go With Mo! . . . Follow the pacing pattern - get settled in on the first interval but watch out for the big spike and change in physiological demand on the 2nd load. You'll have to readjust for load 3. Are you getting enough Vitamin A from your colorful veggies? Maybe not as much as you think! 🌶🥦🥕 We need to convert that beta-carotene to Retinol (Vit A) to be used in the body. However, there may be a genetic mutation in your gene called the BCO1 that may prevent the efficiency of that conversion. I have a 65% deficiency in that conversion! To make up for that I can get Vitamin A from meats, cheese, and of course Liver (1-2 servings a week give you all the Vit A you need for the week) and a lot of other great nutrients. 🥗🥑🥒 Don't forget to eat saturated or monounsaturated fat with those veggies!! Stay keto!

Höga knän 2. Planka 3. Upphopp 4. Russian twist 5. Burpees 6. Vila 60-50-40-30-20-10 är intervallerna. Första ronden ska du göra alla övningarna i 60 sek per övning inklusive vilan. Nästa vända är det 50sek per övning inklusive vilan. Därefter alla övningar i 40sekunder vardera osv tills det bara är 10 sekunder på varje övning och DÅ är det äntligen över 😅😉.
