LEAN TEHNIKE! 😎 Kao što postoje tehnike intenzifikacije o kojima ću pisati možda već u sledećem postu, postoje i tehnike za ostajanje lean, tj. za smanjeno pakovanje masti tokom perioda mase. Krenimo od početka. Prva stvar je da pričamo o lean bulku gde na početku nismo u velikom suficitu. Ono što nam može pomoći kad su te premise ispoštovane je da radimo cardio bilo kog tipa redovno i da par dana nedeljno taj suficit ili deo njega peglamo cardiom i ne nećete poništiti efekat jer nije isto ne unositi i trošiti. Drugo je to da možete odložiti prvi obrok i raditi pomalo IF da bi imali manje šanse da preterate u danu ako ne pratite makrose kao ja, a i telo ima jako dobar odziv na hranu u tom momentu kad je ubacite, ne želi nužno da je skladišti već troši na dnevne procese, anegdotalna tvrdnja. Sam trening može biti visokovolumenski sa manjim pauzama pa i on sam po sebi može potrošiti koju kaloriju više i duže traje oporavak i trošenje masti kao energije. Još je bitno da se određene namirnice tempiraju u određeno doba kad će nam najviše koristiti, hidrati preworkout npr. i poprilično je bitno da se masti što bolje odvajaju od hidrata, takođe anegdotalne tvrdnje. Čak ima ljudi koji tvrde da vole da imaju sagorevač masti na masi da im pomogne da prođe jutro i cardio efikasnije pa ako istopi i koji gram masti, super, za ovo lično nisam. 1. TRICEPS 2. Cardio: stairs today - we stayed at a nice and easy 14, level that is. Heart rate stayed in between 150-160 bpm. If you're into fitness I highly recommend a heart rate monitor. They say 55-65% of your max heart rate (220 minus age is a quick guide to max HR) then times that by .55 and .65 to find your fat burning zone. I usually go a bit higher though. That cardio is called #lowintensity #steadystatecardio We then moved to #highintensity training; which is any exercise that shoots your heart rate high for 10-30 seconds followed by a rest. I did #sprints. 3. STRETCH!! stretching is one of the components of physical fitness. It helps the joints, muscles, tendons and blood flow. To wear a weight belt or not? this has been a discussion between fitness professionals. In my mind they have a place: 1️⃣ Strength training - anything 5 repetitions or less 2️⃣ Someone having Pre-existing spinal injuries. Now where I don’t think they have a place as the piece I grabbed out of the CSCS book 1️⃣ Using lighter loads on movements, or more than 5 repetitions 2️⃣ using to brace core instead of training your abdominals during movements that don’t compromise lower back (curls). Looking at the people I tagged the lady and gentleman no argument have strong cores. So to continue to say that if you wear a belt your core isn’t strong enough is hard for me to fathom. I don’t think the human body is supposed to put 800lbs on your back or for somebody with a back injury of any sort to lift heavy. So by decreasing the likelihood of injury is benefiting the athlete thus giving the belt a reason to be used. Try to look at real references and other strength coaches/lifters to draw your own conclusion. I’d like to review the belt I recently purchased from @roguefitness. I like how heavy duty it feels and for $50.00 you won’t hurt the pockets.
