I do have knee trouble from damaging it when I was younger. Post surgery, I still can’t run every day. But since starting at the gym I’ve been loving riding and seeing great improvement in the last month. Like really, whose legs are these?? 😂 Anyway, I’m going to start posting what I do. Decided to make more #fatheadpizza because I still had the ingredients from the other day! I must say if you like pizza, you should try this low carb homemade version. After fasting for 29 hours, It was soooooo satisfying. Today will be a #OMAD(one meal a day) type of Saturday because I am FULL!! Decided I needed a new gym atmosphere... joined the Salem Community Center today (as a family! Can’t wait to bring the kids!) and wandered around like a lost puppy half the time 🤪🐕... but I did start somewhere that I felt very comfortable - the #legpress. At my other gym I can get 5 plates on each side for sets of 4 or so... it’s a bigger sled tho compared to this one... I worked my way up to see how it compares and managed to get 5 plates each side for 10 6 for 8 And then 2 sets of 4 with 7 plates on each side.. Not too shabby considering I was also #fasting After this, I felt super strong 😈😈 and went to this new machine that I had never used.. I assumed it was like a hack squat thing... so I tried it out, added some 25’s and got like 1 half squat... it was crazy! And it put my ego in check real quick as I dropped weight - not once, but twice.. back to no weight... ha! Bet I feel that tomorrow! We made a no bake Valentine’s Day key lime keto cheesecake!💚 😋 Ingredients: Crust: ▪️2 cups almond flour ▪️1/2 butter ▪️3 tbls monk fruit Filling: ▪️2 avocados ▪️12 oz cream cheese ▪️juice of 4 limes ▪️1 cup monk fruit ▪️1 tsp vanilla extract 🔺Mix crust ingredients in mixer and line pie pan 🔺 mix filling together and add on top of crust 🔻 refrigerate for atleast 2 hrs 🔻serve and enjoy

Tortillas de lino 😍. . . Tenía pendiente hacer la prueba con el lino (linaza ) y hacer unas tortillas diferentes a las que solemos hacer en casa : unas de plátano macho (que son las favoritas de mis hijos y de mi marido ➡️la verdad es que están muy buenas, no hay que envidiar prácticamente nada a las típicas tortillas mexicanas de maíz con esta receta ⬅️ ) y otras de harina de coco (pensadas para mi alimentación #keto) aunque también he probado hacerlas con la masa "fat head" , ésta no es mi favorita (demasiados lácteos) y ahora ha tocado el turno al lino, y ¿ a qué saben ? Pues a LINO!! , no hay otra descripción 😋 pues no tienen un sabor que puedas pensar : ¡ OH, SABEN COMO A ....., TIENEN UN SABOR PARECIDO A .....! así que si no te agrada el sabor del lino, ésta receta no es para ti pues el lino tiene un sabor muy peculiar. Son muy #saciantes por su alto contenido en #grasas 👌. En #quesadillas en #tacos o en #burritos, rellénalas de lo que más te guste. . . 🍃 1 taza de lino (linaza ) molida ( 120 -130 g aprox ) 🍃 2/3 de taza de agua (usé taza medidora) 🍃 1/4cdita de sal 🍃 especias como ajo, albahaca, cebolla , etc (opcional y a tu gusto) yo no le he puesto. 👉calienta el agua (no es necesario que hierva ). Retira del fuego y añade la sal y las especias, echa dentro del agua el lino y remueve con una cuchara. Deja enfriar un poco y forma bolitas 👉usa dos trozos de papel de horno, coloca un trozo y por encima la bolita y de nuevo el otro trozo de papel y aplasta (puedes usar una tabla, yo uso una prensa de tortillas mexicana )👉sobre una sartén antiadherente ve colocando las tortillas, primero de un lado y después del otro. Homemade matcha 🍵 green tea latte! 😀 . . I have not had coffee ☕️ for 1 month so far. I am taking a break from it (even though it’s sooo yummy 😋) and so this is a great substitute that I have 1-2 days a week. Green tea 🍵 still has caffeine but is less acidic and gives more of a sustained slow release of caffeine compared to coffee. . . 1/2 to 1 tsp organic match green tea, 1 cup nut milk, 1 tsp coconut 🥥 oil, 1-2 tsp hemp hearts, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and then blend for 10-15s . . Optional; I added 1 tsp cacao, 1-2 tsp Keto mix (with mct oil etc) and...if you want it to be a bit sweeter add stevia to taste. Made one of my favourite homemade recepies lastnight Ricotta Cheese Bake - 1.5g Carbs . . . . 300g Ricotta Cheese 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of Cumin 1/2 minced garlic or fresh 1/4 Salt 1 teaspoon parsley Tiny pinch of cayenne pepper Stir and mix all ingredients in ramikin, top with tasty shreeded cheese then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200° or until cheese is golden on top 🧀

ENG/ITA Today I'm taking time for my meals. I did not one complete meal for my lunch: I miss the sensation to sit calm with different dishes. So: - 40 gr black rice with 100 gr smoked tofu. - 60 gr tofu burger with shiitake mushrooms; lattuce; cherry tomatoes; 60 gr soy beans. - Nutritional yeast, lemon, herbs on the top. I've not precise counted my macros today, but I'm in the range of my 50 gr carbs and 30 gr pro. With high fat. (it is my post wo meal and I'm missing a meal). And now... Coffee! . . Oggi mi sto concedendo pasti con calma e tempo. Non ho fatto pasto unico, volevo provare la sensazione di avere, dopo tempo, un primo e un secondo. Riso venere con tofu affumicato; piatto con lattuga, pomodorini, un piccolo Burger di tofu ai funghi shiitake, fagioli di soia. Lievito in scaglie, limone ed erbette a condire. Non ho contato tutto alla precisione ma sono nel range dei miei 50 gr carbs e 30 pro, con grassi alti (pranzo post allenamento e sono indietro di un pasto).
