Are you hitting it out of the park or swinging and missing when it comes to your kids and their sodium intake? ⁣ ⁣ I’ll be honest, one, I think way more about sugar compared to salt, and two, my kids take in too much salt. Wauw! Deze KH - arme Kipsalon is dus een blijvertje....! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Malse kipfilet, met shoarmakruiden, paprika en een uitje. Aftoppen met geraspte 30+ kaas en dan even in de oven of magnetron. Dan serveren met knapperige, frisse ijsbergsla. Ik had er een chilisaus bij met 0% vet en koolhydraten. LOOK! (No pun intended.. ) There’s a reason why I have my 2002 bike, with only one speed, on a trainer, in my living room... to motivate me to move my body. It doesn’t matter if I only have 10 min. I can jump on this bad boy a work up a quick sweat. (@gabe_73 thanks for the inspiration;) Why should you move daily? Because it helps keep a smile on your face and in your heart (ie, combats depression & anxiety), helps digestion and most importantly increases blood flow which carries oxygen and nutrients to all cells in our body! It keeps us feeling young! You don’t have to have fancy equipment to move your body. Jump rope, run in place, do jumping jacks, stretch, dance, garden.. I think you get my point. I think a 30 days of conscious movement is a good idea!
