As promised here is my recipe for banana oatmeal muffins! Wet ingredients •3 mashed bananas •1/4 C milk •1/4 C oil Dry ingredients 1 1/2 C while wheat flour 1 C rolled oats 1/2 C brown sugar 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder 1/2 Tsp Baking soda 1/2 Tsp salt Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately and then combine with your choice of add ins. *I did half the batter chocolate chips and half the batter with blueberries* Bake in lined or greaced tins at 375°F between 15 and 20 minutes depending on your oven. My golden time is 17 minutes!!! These muffins are perfect for little eaters. Good for 6mon+ . That’s how Monday morning with a jet lag and a few ripe bananas look like :) Very easy throw it all together type of recipe for breakfast whole wheat banana muffins. I topped them with peanut butter but next time I’ll add it in the batter to see what happens. Even though I used whole wheat flour they are still fluffy and you can’t really feel it. Banana muffins - 1 cup ripe mashed bananas - 1 1/3 cup of whole wheat flower - 1 egg - 1/2 cup diced walnuts - 1/2 cup coconut milk from a can - 1/3 cup maple syrup - splash of vanilla - Pinch of salt - Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - Handful of chocolate chip Mix everything together in a mixing bowl, preheat your oven on 360 and bake for 20-25 min. Woke up this morning very hungry and decided to make these fantastic Turmeric Chia Carrot Muffins by @veganricha and oh my God, I feel like I’m in Heaven. I didn’t have enough maple syrup so I used a little bit of turbinado sugar and silk plain soy yogurt for added moisture and I used whole wheat flour instead of a mix of whole wheat and all purpose flour. Making these muffins not only delicious but nearly 100% whole foods Plant based. They are 100% Vegan and 100% delicious. Recetón desde el paraíso🌴 . BIZCOCHOS ENCANTADOS-MARMOLADOS #bycamichamy . 🔹️1 taza y 1/2 de harina de avena o quinoa o trigo sarraceno 🔹️1/2 taza de harina de almendras 🔹️3 plátanos maduros 🔹️2 huevos 🔹️1/2 taza de azúcar de coco o endulzante 🔹️3 cdas de aceite de oliva 🔹️3/4 taza de puré de manzana 🔹️3 cdas de cacao amargo en polvo 🔹️1 cda de polvos de hornear 🔹️1 cda de canela 🔹️1/4 cda de nuez moscada 🔹️1 cdta de extracto de vainilla 🔹️Pizca de sal . Poner todos los secos en un bol menos el cacao amargo en polvo y mezclar. Luego en la licuadora poner los plátanos, puré de manzana, huevos, aceite y vainilla. (también pueden hacerlo a mano si quieren) Procesar hasta que quede todo integrado. Hacer un hoyito en el centro de la mezcla de harinas e ir poniendo la mezcla liquida de la licuadora de a poco y mezclando bien hasta que este todo integrado. Sacar otro bol y dividir la mezcla en dos. A una parte ponerle el cacao amargo en polvo y revolver hasta mezclar todo muy bien. Ya con las dos mezclas listas las llevamos a nuestros moldes. Pueden ser moldes de muffins o los que tengas. Poner una capa de una mezcla y luego de la otra y asi sucesivamente para crear el marmolado. Llevar a un horno precalentado a 180° por 30-35 minutitos o hasta insertar un palito o cuchillo y que este salga limpio. Todo depende del horno. Sacar. Dejar enfriar, desmoldar y disfrutar! . ☝️Opcionalmente puedes bañarlos con un poco de chocolate derretido🍫como lo hice yo y quedan maravillosos. . Si la hacen me cuentan!! Que la disfruten babys! Meal plan for this week! When I’m planning meals, I usually try to have one soup and one vegetarian recipe just for variety. This week it’s black bean tacos and chicken and rice soup because I already have those ingredients. . . Another goal this week is healthier lunches for my husband. His job requires him to drive a lot so his luches have to be eaten cold. This week we’re trying chicken salad and chicken, bacon ranch pitas with fruits and vegetables on the side. . . I’m also working on a healthy muffin recipe. My daughter loves muffins, but I’m having a hard time finding a recipe that is healthy and tasty. Most muffins are either full of sugar or taste “healthy” and have a strange texture. The recipe I tried this weekend was a complete flop. Do you have a favorite healthy muffin recipe?

Kako ono beše, od ponedeljka dijeta? E pa ukoliko ste se uhvatili da to sebi govorite, ovi mafini su stvoreni za takve slučajeve jer dijeta nikako ne znači ne jesti već znači svesno, kvalitetno i izbalansirano jesti, što isto tako znači da se ne treba odricati stvari nego im naći adekvatnu zamenu, kao na primer ovi zdravi medeni mafini sa bananom i komadićima crne čokolade! Medeni su jer su zaslađeni medom i bananom a ja sam se zahvaljujući @svethocedomace dočepala @happyhoney888 meda koji mi se tako slatko smešio da nije bilo druge osim da završi u mafinima. Med i mafini su stvarno odlični, ovo je recept koji ću definitivno češće praviti jer sam ga odmah ubacila u ličnu kategoriju balansiranih poslastica. . . Recept: * 3 zrele banane * 1 jaje * 150g jogurta po izboru * 4 kašike meda * 4 kašike maslinovog ulja * Ekstrakt vanile ( ja ovde mislim na pravu vanilu, ne aromu ali nije neophodno) * 250g speltinog brašna * prašak za pecivo * kašičica cimeta * 100g crnih čoko kapljica ili seckane čokolade * prstohvat soli . . 1. Mikserom ili kašikom pomešam sve “mokre” sastojke, dakle bananu, jaje, jogurt, vanilu, med i maslinovo ulje. 2. U drugoj posudi pomešam sve preostale suve sastojke, brašno, cimet, pzp i so. 3. Sada sve spojim u jednu smesu, dodam seckanu čokoladu i punim korpice za mafine skoro do vrha. 4. Preostalu čokoladu pospem preko i mafine pečem 20-25 min na 175 stepeni. 🥕🥕🥕Muffin de cenoura com gotas de chocolate, sem leite, sem farinha (com farelo de aveia)! Nutritivos, deliciosos e super fofinhos!🥰 Ingredientes: 2 ovos 2 cenouras (usei 1 media e 1 pequena mas não pesei🤦🏻‍♀️) 1/4 xic azeite (o sabor nao aparece! Pode fazer com oleo de coco também) 1/2 xic açúcar (usei mascavo orgânico)+ 3 col sopa xylitol (ou outro adoçante, ou aumente o açúcar. Gosto de combinar os 2 assim dá pra usar menos açúcar e ao mesmo tempo fica sem sabor residual de adoçante) 1 e 1/2 xic farelo de aveia 1 col sopa fermento em pó 1 col cha canela (opcional) Pitada de sal Gotas de chocolate 70% a gosto. Modo de preparo: Bata o farelo de aveia no liquidificador até ficar como uma farinha. Peneire em un bowl. Misture o fermento e a pitada de sal e canela. Reserve. Bata bem no liquidificador todos os ingredientes restantes. Coloque o creme no bowl com os secos. Misture. Acrescente as gotas de chocolate. Coloque a massa em forminhas de muffin. Finalize con mais algumas gotas de chocolate. Asse em forno preaquecido a 180 graus até que, ao espetar o palito ele saia limpo. Otima opção pra lancheira das crianças! Podem ser congelados. Rendeu 11 unidades! 😉 Obs: Para crianças até 2 anos recomenda-se não usar açúcar e adoçante. Para adoçar receitas priorize o uso de frutas secas como tamara e uva passa e frutas frescas como maçã e banana. Após os 2 anos, tanto açucares quanto adoçantes naturais podem ser utilizados considerando Bom senso, equilibrio e moderação. Priorize açúcares menos processados e de preferencia organicos (demerara, mascavo, coco), mel, melado de cana e adoçantes stevia, eritritol, xylitol e taumatina. ___________________

MUFFIN #VEGAN de cacau e blueberries ❤️ S/ GLÚTEN/LACTOSE/AÇÚCAR RECEITA 12/14 muffins👩🏻‍🍳: 4 bananas bem maduras (elas adoçam e dão liga não é pra dar gosto); 1 xícara de blueberries congeladas; 1/2 xícara de cacau em pó (puro); 1 xícara de aveia em flocos; 1 xícara de farinha de arroz/amêndoa (usei arroz); 1/2 garrafa de leite de coco; 1/2 xícara de água quente; 1 colher de cafezinho de canela em pó; 5 gotas de essência de baunilha; 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó; Se quiser acrescente uma colher se sopa de mel/agave (eu nunca uso). MODO DE PREPARO: Misture primeiro os ingredientes secos, acrescente as bananas, leite de coco e água, por último as blueberries, a baunilha e o fermento. 🌟APPLE- CARROT HEMP SEED PROTEIN MUFFINS 🌟 you guys are going to LOVE these 🤤 Ingredients 2 Cups Almond Flour 1 Cup raw oats 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt 1/2 cup @planethempsuperfood hemp seeds 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 3 drops @doterra cinnamon oil 1/2 cup honey 3 Eggs 5 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 1 Cup peeled and grated carrots 1 Cup grated honey crisp apples Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12-cup standard muffin tin with paper muffin cups (or not if you have a really good muffin tray) 2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and hemp seeds 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, cinnamon oil, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Whisk in the grated apple and carrots. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined 4. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each to the brim. Bake until the muffins are nicely browned on top and a tooth pick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Allow muffins to cool completely before storing 5. Store leftover muffins in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Como bien sabéis, la repostería es muy exacta y cuando las cantidades no son las adecuadas el resultado puede ser un desastre 😱. Nos gusta seguir los pasos de una receta que ya esté calibrada, pero hay veces en las que te dejas llevar y te pones a mezclar ingredientes que tienes en la despensa. En este punto hay dos resultados, te puede salir un churro o como en este caso, unas muffins con ingredientes saludables que son las más jugosas que hemos probado y con un sabor realmente bueno. . . ¿Vosotros sois de improvisar en la cocina y crear recetas o de seguir al pie de la letra una receta ya hecha? 🤔 . . R̰ḛc̰ḛt̰a̰: 1. Machacar un platano muy maduro (si no está demasiado blando, mételo en el microondas 1 min y verás que balndito sale). 2. Añadir 3 cucharadas de puré de frutas, un yogur natural, vainilla, 1 huevo, 3-4 cucharadas de miel y 3 cucharadas de aceite de coco derretido. Mezclar. 3. Incorporar 160g de harina de trigo integral, 1/2 sobre de levadura y una pizca de sal. 4. Por último agregar frutos del bosque congelados al gusto. 5. Verter la masa en moldes de Muffins. Espolvorear con panela. 6. Y'all these are my only carb source lately. I've been eating 2-3 a day. The ingredients are clean & simple. They are super simple to make, which is probably the only reason I continue to make them every couple days. . . PROTEIN BANANA MUFFINS . the base recipie: *1 mashed banana *1 egg *1 scoop of @1stphorm protein . . -mix ingredients -pour in a greased muffin tin. -bake @350 for 17-20 min. . . Don’t you love Skinny Chocolate Muffins? The fact that you can keep a 100-cal yummy treat like this in your freezer is amazing. . My recipe from back in my feed makes 16 muffins, yep, you have to bring out 2 muffins pans. As soon as I bake a batch all 15 immediately go in the freezer in 3 bags. 😎 Recipe copied below: . Dry: - 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour - 3/4 cup cocoa powder - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp coarse salt Wet: - 1 egg - 2 tbsp nut butter - 1 cup applesauce - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup - 1/4 cup sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix-ins: - 1 cup blueberries or similar fruit. - (optional) 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips . . These paleo banana muffins turned out WAY better than I expected! Only 5 ingredients. Great flavor and very moist 1 cup almond butter 2 ripe bananas 2 large eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla I also did 1/4 cup arrowroot flower and lots of cinnamon, but recipe says you don’t need to add that. Option to add whatever toppings and mixings (cinnamon, choc chips, oats, protein powder, etc) Blend ingredients in blender or with a mixer! Spray muffin pan and pour batter. Can we talk about muffins for a minute? I am a muffin lover. There’s a cafe nearby that makes the best muffins that are the size of my head, and I used to hang out for Sunday mornings when I indulged in one. And then I started having one on Saturdays too... and I developed a full blown obsession with these muffins that, whilst amazing, were full of refined flour and sugar and left me crashing not long after. Raspberry Coconut Muffins 🥥💗 These are perfect to quickly whip up and then store in the freezer, so when you need a snack- just pop them in the microwave for a bit to defrost! I make something like this every week because it’s so easy just to add to my lunchbox for school. Here’s the recipe 👇🏼💫 • Ingredients: 💗80g @botanikablends raspberry coconut protein powder 💗3 ripe mashed bananas 💗3/4 cup buckwheat flour 💗2 eggs (or vegan egg replacer) 💗1 tsp baking powder 💗1 tsp baking soda 💗1/4 cup maple syrup 💗1/4 cup almond milk 💗1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries • • 1. Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius 2. Line some muffin tins with patty pans or grease them with oil. 3. In a bowl, mash the bananas until they are as smooth as possible (or blend them) 4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all combined. 5. Add mixture to the pan and pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes. 6. Clean, gluten and grain free, dairy free AND refined sugar free muffins!! These ones are so yummy and easy to make 😍 ⁣ ⁣ I really loved blueberry muffins and have been craving them to have for a Sunday mid morning treat with a fruity tea! ⁣ ⁣ ⅓ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut flour (about 59 grams)⁣ ⅛ teaspoon baking soda⁣ 2 tablespoons raw honey⁣ ½ cup coconut milk, full fat⁣ 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted⁣ 3 eggs⁣ ½ teaspoon vanilla extract⁣ ¼ cup fresh blueberries (frozen blueberries will not work)⁣ ⁣ Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Fold blueberries in gently then scoop a large tablespoon into muffin cases. You might want to double recipe if you are making for a family! ⁣ Cook at 170 for 15 mins and check with a toothpick if they are cooked all the way through. Sunday baking has got to my my favourite time of the week 💁🏼‍♀️ Banana, raspberry and dark chocolate muffins for @adam__hancock to take as his work snacks this week 🥰 here is the simple recipe! 2 cups gluten free SR flour (I got mine from @thesourcemitcham 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 2 eggs 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp vanilla 165ml can coconut milk 2 mashed bananas 1 cup frozen raspberries 50g chopped dark chocolate ✨ mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside ✨ mix all wet ingredients together and add to the dry ✨ fold through the raspberries and chocolate ✨ spoon mixture into a lined muffin tray ✨ place into a 170°c fan forced oven and bake for 25-30 minutes - or until brown and a skewer comes out clean 👌🏼 💜 time will depend on the size of your muffins! When you have brown bananas, you make banana muffins! I love making these healthy chocolate chip banana muffins for the kid (and myself) because they are good for them and gluten free for me! Ans the best part is they are made right in the blender. These turned out so good! I’ve made them before and knew I already liked them, but both girls like them too (rare). I originally found this from @lynzyandco last summer and today I replaced the yogurt she used with applesauce. Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat brown flour 1/4 cup organic cane sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup old fashioned oats 1 egg 1 cup applesauce 1/2 cup blueberries Set oven to 350 and line muffin pan. Whisk dry ingredients together. In separate bowl, whisk egg and applesauce. Add to dry ingredients, stir until combined. Add blueberries and divide into muffin tin. It makes about 12. Bake 16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
