20 minutes and I’m drenched! •• Oh boy oh boy! I remember when I started all this! Working out felt so much like torture! Every time I had to workout I would ask myself: whyyyyyyy?!?! Why I’m the world 🌎 do I have to work so hard! •• Now, I workout, I’m drenched and I’m happy! I choose to workout early in the morning because it works for me! I don’t feel that it something I have to do but something I WANT to do. 🥰🥰🥰 •• Working out give me energy, working out helps me be a better mom, and still working on being a better wife 😉 😂 •• Those days, when I wake up and feel all crummy, workouts help me take my mind off! Well this just happened. I earned a paid trip to Punta Cana for doing what I do - living a healthier lifestyle and helping others do the same 😲😆. . It’s kinda crazy. I assumed this sort of job perk was only for those who worked the biz full time. I only coach part time, first when I worked 50+hrs a week and now as a full time SAHM. But when you love what you do, you want to do the work, and in return you get rewarded 🙌🏼 #nocomplaints Only bummer, it’s at the Hard Rock Hotel and since Rudi was robbed, in his room, at the Hard Rock Las Vegas (and the casino declined any responsibility - jerks! 😠) I can understand he doesn’t want to go. I really thought 💭 I was going to bed on time today! It’s one of my new year resolutions that I have been trying working on every day! But I don’t give up. •• Today I was really ready to go to bed on time, but I realize that tomorrow is already our last week for the 20 minutes routine workout we started 6 weeks ago! •• Yup, it’s almost done ✅. •• You have seen my transformation so many times, but some of the ladies from our team agreed to share their transformation! Well, at the end! •• I want to take the time to show you, that we all started one day! We are not the same size and shape. We have different occupations, we are from different states, but we all want one thing, to be healthy and feel great! Not just to loose weight, but to be able to enjoy life as it should! •• As of tonight, I have mixed emotions about this routine! I’m happy that once more, God gave me the strength to start and finish a workout! Every workout routine I complete give me confidence that I can take with me in my life! Today I beat the record: 1 hour workout! It’s been so long since I’ve worked out 💪 for an hour! •• I think 🤔 it was way before I had the kids. Well, let’s say, I would go to the gym for an hour, not really doing much! 😂. I couldn’t afford a trainer, and I was on my own doing God knows what 🤪🤪 •• Anyways, today, in hour hour, I had my personal trainer in my living room! We did 20 minutes abs, (hard but my favorite) 10 minutes cardio (short but effective) and 20 minutes balance. And I didn’t even have to pay 💰anything extra. It is all included! Ah ah, you didn’t know that!😉! Ask me about it! •• I can’t believe we are only one week away from finishing this routine. I feel like it was yesterday, I was debating if I should do it or not! I was afraid 😱 because the trainer really has a way of putting me me out of my comfort zone! He challenges me a lot, physically and emotionally. I was afraid 😱 because I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up with him. But, the 20 minutes was a deal breaker for me. As afraid 😟 as I was, I just couldn’t pass that 20 minutes timeframe! Do you know how much difference 10 minutes actually does to my routine?!?! Well, I get to eat breakfast at home with the family instead of eating while in car line! •• I know this might not sound much to you, but it makes a huge difference with my relationship and the kids! Like we always say: Mornings should be happy 😃 and our days will be successful! And this had helped us make our morning the happiest! •• Well, I felt in love 🥰 with this routine and I want to go a second round! This time, I won’t go without you! Most days I doubt myself! Most days I question everything I do! Most days is hella HARD to get up & workout! Most days I remember the reason WHY I started my weight loss journey & that I want to INSPIRE others. #winning . Let me give you a little back ground about me... I am 31 years young who felt DEPRESSED, HATED the way my body was, who was not HAPPY with myself & how I looked. Quite honestly I was in a very DARK place. I was at my heaviest & I had tried many, many things (quick fixes 🤷‍♀️) nothing really worked. Until... Flu & stomach bug protocol! . We are in Utah for a funeral and last night Levi was throwing up his dinner. Health Expo, driving 800 miles, a viewing & funeral in one week, I was determined to nip this flu bug in the bud. I lined everyone up, *put Digestzen on their bellies *On Guard on their feet and in the diffuser *2 On Guard + gel caps for the adults and the older kids *On Guard beadlets for the littles *Digestzen in water to drink *made a big batch of peppermint tea with honey *gave everyone homeopathic flu and cold tablets *Made sure everyone was getting lots of fluid and sleep I ran out of the On Guard + and the homeopathic tablets so I didn't get any, Lincoln was sleeping so he didn't get anything except I did put On Guard on his feet. The only people throwing up through the night? Me, Lincoln, and Shaun, who was already feeling sick when I went nurse-crazy on everyone. This is why I do what I do. I want people to have the tools in their home to help their family, to be empowered, and to live healthier, happier lives! I love that whenever my kids get sick or hurt I know that I have powerful tools to help them!

My face on my first workout vs my face today! •• In the first picture, (March 2017), I wasn’t sure about me coming back the next day to listen to someone telling me to work so hard! I thought 💭 this was too much! I wanted to give up as soon as I started! I wished I didn’t have to work so hard to get to my dreams of feeling amazing 😉! I even felt sick 🤕 the next day! #allinmymind But guess what, the girls from our community kept logging their workouts, and there was that mamma #supermama @magic.n.muscles who had just found out she was expecting and she logged her workout! I was like: say what?!?! So I went back! And did it again! Felt a little better, but still not convinced! But that team, y’all (like my friend @darajellis would say) they never stop checking on me! So I press play everyday! I didn’t see overnight results, but slow progress! •• Today’s picture, it’s so different! I’m so excited. I was excited to get my workout in even tho it was in the afternoon! I felt so amazing 😉 when I was done ✅ and now I know to go back tomorrow! And guess what, I want you to join me! What does healthy mean to YOU? . I don’t mean what diet culture tells you to believe. Or what you associate with being healthy bc of the latest trend or fad. Stop and think about it: do you actually know what healthy means for YOU or do you constantly feel confused bc you base your definition on an overwhelming array of random “facts”? . Try this: + Close your eyes. + Picture yourself as “healthy”. + I know it feels weird, stay with me. + Are you thinking about how you LOOK? Pause. + First, how do you FEEL? Are you calm? Balanced? Do you worry less about your weight? Do you enjoy your food? Do you obsess less over calories? Is your anxiety manageable? Are you yolo-ing? 😜 + Now think about what you DO. Do you sleep better? Do you meditate? How often do you move your body? Do you include treats in your diet (and not feel guilty)? Do you avoid foods that make you feel crappy? + Once you have an idea of how you FEEL + what you do, then you can think about how you look, but I challenge you not to think in extremes (think 5 pounds lighter, not a six pack). Also, focus on aesthetics that are directly related to your inner health: Is your skin vibrant and clear? Are your nails strong? Do you have healthy gums? Did you heal your inflammation? Do your joints feel mobile? Are you energized? . We tend to associate weight with good health when there are TONS of other factors that likely matter more for our health than losing 5-10-15 pounds. . Reverse engineer this ish: start with how you feel. Then take action. Fill your cup. Believe in enhancing the quality of your life and then the results will follow. I promise, it works. I used to give my money to cancer research and felt like I was a making a difference for future generations.⁣ ⁣ But then, I learned some truths about cancer and had a mind shift. ⁣ ⁣ Only 5-10% of cancers are genetic. This means that a whopping 90-95% of cancers are PREVENTABLE. Well, we know a lot of other diseases that are preventable; such as heart disease or diabetes and we put a lot of effort into educating people how to avoid these. So why aren’t we doing this when it comes to cancer? ⁣ ⁣ People think cancer is lurking around the corner waiting to attack at random, but that’s not the case at all. ⁣ ⁣ Also, there are many doctors and scientists who have found cures for cancers in the United States. Many of these doctors have had their medical licenses revoked, have ended up in jail, or have had their labs burned to the ground. (Maybe I’ll do a mini series on some of these guys in a future post.)⁣ ⁣ The US government has also made things that we know can cure cancer illegal such as B17 (aka amygdalin or Laetrile).
