3 years ago I never would have dreamed I'd be one of those people who would get up at 5am to workout BEFORE work. Nope I'm not that crazy.😂 I tried it one day because I kept seeing all those ladies in my online group doing it. I thought...what is it about these early workouts that I don't get. When I finally tried it, I was shocked that I felt more energy throughout the day and wasn't any more tired than before..🤷. Most days I get up and get it done early now. It boosts my energy and I don't let it get pushed off and pushed off until it doesn't get done with the madness of the rest of the day. It's little things like that are why I am so glad I have my online group of gals. Ahhh... the mom tummy... the loose skin.... it’s there... I don’t even think it bothers me anymore. It used to FOR SURE. It’s like they say, I’ve EARNED it. This body has carried 3 healthy babies, it’s kept me strong when I didn’t want to be, it’s kept me healthy when those around me weren’t. So I’m ok that it has scars, that is shows what it’s been through. In return, I PROMISE to TAKE CARE of it. To continue to make it stronger and healthier. Most of my life I told myself I couldn’t do this, couldn’t do that because of what I let others tell me and what I lead myself to believe. I developed major blocks around health, money, relationships and business. I CHOSE to sit in that for sooooo long. I missed out on opportunities that presented to me because of “lack” mentality. Being available to the I cant’s is fear showing up. We often play small because it’s to freakin scary to go against what we’ve been told and what we “know”. Let’s take a hard NO here babes. Let’s start being AVAILABLE to abundance. Let’s start being available to challenging what we’ve believed for so long that’s held us back. Guys it’s Friday night and I made the long commute to the gym... AKA 5 steps into my guest bedroom turned workout space! Let’s be real here if I had to drive to get to a gym I wouldn’t workout. ⠀ ⠀ I hate the gym. I hate that I would have to pay a monthly fee. I hate not knowing what all the equipment does and not knowing what to do there. Flu & stomach bug protocol! . We are in Utah for a funeral and last night Levi was throwing up his dinner. Health Expo, driving 800 miles, a viewing & funeral in one week, I was determined to nip this flu bug in the bud. I lined everyone up, *put Digestzen on their bellies *On Guard on their feet and in the diffuser *2 On Guard + gel caps for the adults and the older kids *On Guard beadlets for the littles *Digestzen in water to drink *made a big batch of peppermint tea with honey *gave everyone homeopathic flu and cold tablets *Made sure everyone was getting lots of fluid and sleep I ran out of the On Guard + and the homeopathic tablets so I didn't get any, Lincoln was sleeping so he didn't get anything except I did put On Guard on his feet. The only people throwing up through the night? Me, Lincoln, and Shaun, who was already feeling sick when I went nurse-crazy on everyone. This is why I do what I do. I want people to have the tools in their home to help their family, to be empowered, and to live healthier, happier lives! I love that whenever my kids get sick or hurt I know that I have powerful tools to help them!

I wasn’t going to do it.. This morning I was getting ready for work, it’s Friday which means jeans day. I looked in my drawer & realized the only pair of jeans that currently fit me were dirty. The next pair in the stack were these jeans that before being pregnant were a little loose & baggy on me. I didn’t want to do it but I was running out of time to go digging for the dirty ones. I put them on not expecting them to fit at all, I was prepared for the disappointment that I haven’t come far enough & that I still have a bunch of work to do. GUESS WHAT!!! They freaking fit!!! 3 months PP & I’m back into my pre-pregnancy jeans!!🥳 Let me be real though, they buttoned, that doesn’t mean I won’t be using the pony tail method the rest of the day because honestly I haven’t worn anything with buttons in months. (Mainly because maternity pants are way more comfortable😆) 3 months is huge for me! I am not one of the lucky women that go back to their pre-pregnancy bodies a week after having a baby 😠😫 I have to work my freaking but off (literally). After my first baby it took me 9-10 months to fit back in these jeans, so for it to only be 3 months HELL FREAKING YES!!!🙌🏼

Isn't it crazy how people react towards you after weightloss or a diagnosis? Why tho? I've always been flawed and i will always except the fact bc no one will ever be perfect. But what im not ok with is getting treated like i suffer from an illness that will defeat me. Im not ok with people calling me skinny. Sometimes im not even ok with being told how strong i am, only bc i lack the belief of it for myself sometimes. Im notnok with people talking to me, now, bc i may be more pleasent to look at...I mean i dont get it? IM STILL THE SAME SOUL I WAS BEFORE! I've just had alot of work to do. Mental clearity has been my safe haven these past 2 years. It's been my way out. The guidance to my light. The push i needed. I've learned patiance as well and have had so much time to observe others around me. When you find self love you open your eyes alittle wider, stand alittle taller, and shine alittle brighter. This was me 2 months before I joined Juice Plus & now me after!! 🤭 When I first joined the business I brought the berry capsules just to see if the products were really what people were saying & within 2 weeks my ibs had calmed down, my energy levels were amazing, my skin started to clear up & my hair was in better condition. Hoping this salad for lunch balances out that Valentine’s candy from yesterday (and 5 minutes ago 😆) . But in all honesty - one salad isn’t going to make you healthy, just like one day of treating yourself to candy or other goodies isn’t going to make you unhealthy. It’s about consistency and balance. . I always felt like I had to eat only baked chicken and steamed veggies to be healthy, but my knowledge about nutrition and fueling my body has grown so much since becoming a coach. . I now know that you shouldn’t be starving to lose weight, you should actually be full all the time and deprivation (cutting out food groups) is the easiest way to set yourself up for failure. . NOT JUST FOR ADULTS KIDS OVERNIGHT OATS INGREDIENTS: Makes 2 servings For the breakfast bowl: 1 scoop/packet of Complete Vanilla 1 cup of whole oats or cut oats 180g of natural plain yoghurt 250ml milk of your choice 1 tbsp of chia seeds 1 tsp of dried hibiscus flower powder (for colour if you like) Topping: 1 tbsp or more of rainbow sprinkles Fresh fruits METHOD: Stir all ingredients (except the rainbow sprinkles) in a bowl. Portion between two mason jars or two containers. Place in fridge overnight (or minimum one hour) In the morning, take out of the fridge and mix in the rainbow sprinkles and fruits.
