See, as soon as your phone get's close to 10% battery, you're already thinking about plugging it in charge but how often are you doing that for yourself? And there's no need to wait until you're near shut down mode to take care of yourself. I've been to rock bottom and it's a lot tougher to climb up so I'm here to spare you some pain and another thing that's precious: time!
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 that meaningful time for recharge, no matter what that looks like for you!

The most important thing to think about is 𝐡𝐨𝐰 you can create a context in which to relax and unwind where you're adding value to your body (so downing numerous drinks isn't exactly advisable here)
▶️ Are you an overwhelmed mum and feeling too busy to get some time away?
▶️ Can you create a tactical plan to remove stressors?
▶️ Can you ask for help, even with the smallest thing, so you have even a small amount of space for some rest & recharge?
Spending time alone, spending time in nature, with animal companions, with close friends and family, doing an activity that you enjoy like a sport, hiking or maybe reading, cooking or art…what fills your cup?
