Le app per dimagrire. Funzionano? Al giorno d’oggi dove tutto può essere riconducibile alla tecnologia e alle sue moltitudine di funzioni, non potevano mancare anche le app per dimagrire. Ci sono le app per acquistare tutto ciò che desideriamo. Le app per praticare sport. Le app per trovare nuovi amori. E le app che ci aiutano a dimagrire. Queste app ci dicono cosa, come e quanto mangiare. Ci regalano ricette, ma è giusto seguirle in ogni loro singola regola? Girando in rete ho letto testimonianze di persone che grazie a queste app sono riuscite a perdere peso e a ritrovare la loro forma fisica, quindi per alcuni sicuramente possono essere un ottimo alleato. Ma io, come sempre parlo per esperienza personale. Come si dice, di tutta l’erba non ne possiamo fare un fascio, ma per quanto mi riguarda, per me le app per dimagrire non andrebbero usate. Non siamo tutti uguali. Ognuno di noi ha esigenze diverse. Ognuno di noi ha caratteristiche diverse o problematiche di salute e queste app spesso ci omologano tutti in modo così ordinario e uguale che io mi chiedo, come possono queste stabilire tramite qualche domanda su sesso, peso, età ecc..una giusta alimentazione per ognuno di noi? Se ci rivolgiamo a nutrizionisti o dietologi ci sarà un perché? 🔥 Your metabolism consists of various components that together make up your total daily expenditure (TDEE). _ You can see in the infograph that a big chunk of your metabolism is resting energy expenditure (REE), which is your Basal Matabolic Rate. This is the amount of energy your body uses when entirely sedentary and fasted and it is the amount of energy required to keep you alive, your BMR contributes around 70% of your TDEE. _ The other main component is known as non-resting energy expenditure (NREE) and is additionally divided into exercise activity thermogenesis (EAT), non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) and the thermic effect o food (TEF). _ EAT is the activity you do while you are exercising i.e when you are in the gym or you can say the activity you have planned to a specific goal. _ TEF is the calories needed in the process of injesting, absorbing, metabolizing and storing nutrients from the food. TEF contributes around 10% of TDEE. I’ve been trying to stay away from heavy lifting mainly to prevent injury but I will try to throw it in sometimes because your muscles work differently with different weights, and I want to put my muscles through different stressors to maximize functionality as well hypertrophy. For training today, I had a very good leg workout but I focused alot on deadlift today, i did: •stiff leg deadlift for warm up (3x10) •deadlift •135x6 •225x4 •315x2 •135x 12 •95x15 (Also hit leg press, and other accessory movements) Been working on my quads for a while now, trying to get more definition. I think when talking definition my quads have lagged behind and I think it’s simply do to my body storing most of my fat around the inner quad area. I have decent strength in my legs, and I work them out often, but having that fat stored there doesn’t allow my quad muscles to be as visible.

Why not use this free group of people who are in the same boat as you to encourage you to stay accountable? Here’s an example of a post in there: a friend who’s student teaching wanting healthy, easy snack ideas. She made a list, and in the comments, people can offer suggestions. It benefits everyone! 😃
