❗️RECETA ❗️⭐️CHEESECAKE VEGANO DE VAINILLA Y CHOCOLATE ⭐️ • Mi amiga Gloria de @lagloriavegana veganizó mi cheesecake y le quedó tan brutal (no os lo podéis perder) que tuve que hacer mi propia versión! El suyo os aseguro que es brutal, y este... Bueno, lo dejo a vuestro criterio, pero para mí está muy increíble 😍😍 • En mi canal tenéis el vídeo y ADEMÁS aquí os dejo también la RECETA! Molde :15cm. 🔸Base: 100g anacardos (tostados en el horno 5-6’ a 180C), 60g dátiles , 30g aceite de coco.. 🔪Tritura los anacardos, añade los dátiles y el aceite y vuelve a triturar. Pasa al molde y refrigera. . 🔸Crema de chocolate: 150g tofu, 150g chocolate fundido, 1c/p levadura nutricional, 100g anacardos (remojados 1h en agua caliente), 60g dátiles (remojados 10’ en agua caliente), 200g leche de coco, 1c/c agar-Agar. 🔪Mezcla el Agar con la de coco y hierve 3’. Tritura todos los ingredientes, pasa al molde y refrigera (1-2h). . 🔸Crema de vainilla: 200g tofu, 10g esencia de vainilla , 1c/p levadura nutricional, 100g anacardos (remojados 1h en agua caliente), 60g dátiles (remojados 10’ en agua caliente), 200g leche de coco, 1c/c agar-Agar. 🔪Mezcla el Agar con la de coco y hierve 3’.
