The Mondayest Tuesday ever just got a whole lot better 😋 . . . the sc👀p: recipe from @rachlmansfield 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons flaxseed+ 5 tablespoons water OR sub 2 pasture-raised eggs) 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas) 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled 1/3 cup @the ivemkt maple syrup 1/4 cup @malkorganics 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups mix of @bobsredmill oat flour + garbanzo bean flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking powder Cinnamon Roll Swirl 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup coconut sugar (I recommend this over honey/maple syrup so you have a grainy base) 1 tablespoon cinnamon Preheat oven 350 degrees and grease a bread dish with coconut oil or line with parchment paper In a large bowl, mix together the flax egg, banana, coconut oil, maple syrup, non-dairy milk and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined Add in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix well (make sure no clumps!) In a smaller bowl, mix together cinnamon swirl ingredients Add about half the banana bread batter to the bread dish then half the cinnamon roll batter and swirl with a knife or toothpick Add the rest of the banana bread batter followed up cinnamon roll batter and swirl again Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes (I stick toothpick in to see if it is ready!) Allow the bread to cool about about 10 minutes then slice and enjoy! at Washington, District of Columbia

Kale Chips!😍❤️ TAG A FRIEND WHO WOULD LOVE THIS IDEA!😃 By @feelgoodfoodie ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 1 head kale 1 tablespoon olive oil Sea salt, for sprinkling Dipping Sauce 1/4 cup almondmilk 3 tablespoons tahini 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Using a knife or kitchen shears, carefully remove the ribs from the kale and cut into bite sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale with a salad spinner. 3. To make the dipping sauce, whisk all the ingredients together and set aside. 4. Lay kale on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil. 5. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt as soon as you remove from the oven. 6. For the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk the almond milk, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and some salt and pepper until combined. 🥥BOWLCAKE COCO-FRUITS ROUGES🥥 —— On se retrouve avec une nouvelle recette de bowlcake ! 🤗 Il s’agit d’un bowlcake à la farine de coco et aux fruits rouges, qui s’inspire de ma recette de bowlcake coco-myrtille 🥥 Il est un peu bleu-violet car j’ai rajouté le « jus » des fruits rouges surgelés 😂 En les décongelant, il reste un peu de jus violet-rouge foncé, et en l’ajoutant ça a donné cette couleur bizarre 🤣 mais c’était super bon ! 😋 Le bowlcake est super moelleux (vidéo en story 😍) ! Voilà la recette 📝 : ▫️20g de farine d’avoine (ou son, ou flocons) ▫️20g de farine de coco @nu3_fr ▫️1 œuf entier ou deux blancs ▫️50ml du lait de votre choix (ici du lait d’amande sans sucres ajoutés) ▫️60g de compote de pomme sans sucres ajoutés (vous pouvez mettre de la banane écrasée à la place) ▫️environ 2g de levure chimique ▫️optionnel : arôme vanille, ou n’importe quel arôme ▫️50g de fruits rouges surgelés (vous pouvez mettre à la place des framboises, des myrtilles... ) Dans un gros bol, mélangez bien tous les ingrédients. Faites cuire au micro-onde environ 4min à puissance maximale en surveillant bien 🤓 Laissez refroidir quelques minutes, puis démoulez et ajoutez votre topping ! 🍚This is a popular ‘swap’ people love doing when you try to ‘avoid rice’. . So we eat bread instead… thinking it’s better for our diet… one month later, we point fingers on the trainer or the gym because the ‘diet’ didn’t work. . . . 🍞I also need to stress this point - I’m in no way saying that bread is bad… an. In fact… there’s no real ‘bad food’ or good foods. . Everything has it’s place as long as we eat the right amounts. Voeg er een scheutje melk, snufje zout, snufje peper en snufje tijm aan toe en stampen maar. 💕💓💞 Rodekool / Rode Bieten en Appel: ☁️ Snijd de Rode Bieten, Rode kool en Appel fijn. ☁️ Bak de Rode Kool in olijfolie gaar of half gaar. Ik bakte het eerst 10 minuten en voegde daarna de stukjes Appel toe en bakte het nog eens 5 minuten (half gaar). Voeg daarna de aaddappel puree en Rode Bieten toe. Niet om mee te bakken maar om het lichtjes door elkaar te roeren. 💞💓💕 Kipfilet ala Jantinas: ¥ Besprenkel de kipfilet met citroensap. ¥ Daarna bestrooien aan weersjanten met een beetje kippenkruiden. ¥ Daarna 1 (2) koffie lpl paneermeel aan weerskanten om de kipfilet mee in te smeren. In de tussentijd bakte ik de kipfilet gaar. ¥ en een snufje tijm er over heen. Bak de kipfilet in olijfolie en een klein stukje roomboter goudbruin. Smullen maar! Bản thân mình từ nhỏ không thích ăn rau, trái cây và các sản phẩm từ sữa, tuy sau này có thay đổi thói quen và cố gắng duy trì ăn uống lành mạnh nhưng vẫn không bù đắp cho cơ thể được nên mấy năm nay mỗi ngày buổi sáng mình đều xay một bình sinh tố với những thành phần cơ bản như thế này sau khi đi gym về. Mình không sử dụng thực phẩm chức năng hay whey protein bổ trợ, vì không thuốc bổ nào tốt bằng lối sống lành mạnh và ăn uống cân bằng các thực phẩm tự nhiên 1. Yogurt - Sữa chua: sữa chua hi lạp không đường, 0% béo. Sữa chua hi lạp có hàm lượng protein cao cùng nhiều lợi khuẩn tốt cho sức khỏe 2. Banana- chuối: chuối là trái cây có hàm lượng tinh bột khá cao, bạn nào ăn kiêng giảm cân thì không nên ăn nhiều, bạn nào hay bị bón cũng không nên nha,vì mình không ăn sáng nên cho hẳn 1 quả chuối to vào, đồng thời tạo độ ngọt cho sinh tố 3. Berries- dâu các loại: mình sử dụng dâu đông lạnh hỗn hợp gồm dâu tây, việt quất, nam việt quất, mâm xôi...tất cả 5-7 loại, dâu tươi hay đông lạnh đều có giá trị dinh dưỡng như nhau, mà còn làm cho sinh tố mát lạnh. Dâu tây mua về ăn không kịp mình cũng bỏ đông luôn, không phí đi đâu cả. 4. Nut milk- sữa hạt: dung dịch làm loãng mình thường dùng là sữa skim-milk (sữa tách béo), sữa hạt hạnh nhân, sữa đậu nành, sữa dừa hay nước dừa tươi tùy vào thành phần trái cây. 5. Chia seed- hạt chia: làm đầy dạ dày (do hạt nở ra khi ngậm nước) và bổ sung vitamin khoáng chất 6. Flax seed, almond, sunflower seed- Hỗn hợp hạt lanh, hạt hướng dương, hạt hạnh nhân xay: bổ sung protein và chất béo tự nhiên 7. Collagen powder- bột collagen: tăng độ đàn hồi của da, xương khớp, móng, tóc. 8. Probiotic- men vi sinh: tăng cường men tiêu hóa, tăng hệ trao đổi chất, giảm khả năng mắc bệnh phụ khoa do nấm âm đạo, phụ nữ rất nên dùng hàng ngày. Men này cả nhà mình đều dùng, em bé con được ba cho uống từ lúc mới sinh do lúc bé em bị dị ứng sữa bò nên cứ tiêu chảy cả tháng, nhưng các bạn nên thử xem cơ thể mình hợp với dạng nào, trên thị trường có rất nhiều loại men vi sinh, thành phần mỗi loại  sẽ hơi hơi khác nhau một chút về chủng loại khuẩn, có lúc mình mua loại 150 triệu khuẩn viên nén hay dạng nước uống bị đau bụng liên miên ^^ (Xem tiếp dưới comment)

GRANOLA CASERA Muy buen día. Soy de las que piensa que todo lo hecho en casa no solo nos garantiza la calidad de los productos que usamos, también es una opción mucho más saludable que cualquiera que encontramos en los mercados, aunque estos se llenan de etiquetas que dicen "sin conservantes" o "100% natural". Y todo a esto sumado que a veces no tenemos tiempo, pero hay cosas tan simples y sin robarte nada de tiempo como una granola casera para acompañar con yogurt o leche, que merece la pena. Con un simple mix de frutos de tu preferencia, yo he utilizado un poquito de todo, avena, nueces, semillas, coco, anacardos, uvas pasas... Es muy sencillo, lo llevas todo a una sartén con un chorrito de aceite oliva virgen extra, y cuando vallan tostandose a fuego medio los frutos añadimos miel o sirope agave, dos buenas cucharadas, mezclamos bien y llevamos a una vasija hasta que se enfríe. I was surprised when my husband ate three pita breads and his chicken plate so quickly. I ordered whole wheat pita bread 🥙 and made my own sandwich with spicy 🌶 green jalapeño sauce and hummus.
