Oběd jsme si dali v Pivovaru u Zoo. Pivo bylo fajn. Já si dala salát s černou čočkou, kuřecím, olivama a kapary. Čočka nic moc ochucená, ale jinak to bylo dobrý. Hyvää huomenta aurinkoiset! ☀️😘 Eilen oli mitä upein ilta Pyhäselällä. Kävin vetämässä pienen (ja nopean) suppailulenkin ennen saunautumista. Kyllä oli järvellä kaunista! Vedenpinta oli peilityyni, niin tyyni, että tuntui kuin olisi maidon pinnalla lipunut. Ja se auringonlasku... Upea! Järvellä tuppaa vaan tuo pimeä tulemaan niin nopeasti, että piti suoriutua mökkirantaan. Varovaisemmin sai myös suppailla, sillä matalalta paistavan auringon takia ei pinnan alta meinannut nähdä isoja kiviä - vaikka matkaa rantaan oli useamman laudan mitan verran. Eilen tuli suppailua harrastettua useampaan otteeseen. Kieltämättä se tuntuu nyt jokaisessa lihaksessa. ☀️ Yöllisen huussireissun aikana ihastelin aivan mielettömän kaunista kuutamoa. Kuu hohti oranssina kuin cheddarjuusto konsanaan, ja kuunsilta heijastui kauniisti peilityynen järven pinnalta. Järvelle oli myös alkanut usva hiipimään, joten näky oli vähintäänkin taianomainen. Ei olisi malttanut mennä takaisin nukkumaan, mutta väsymys vei voiton. ☀️ Aamupalan nautiskelu ulkona terassilla kruunasi kyllä kaiken, kun pikkulinnut lauloivat puissa, heinäsirkat sirittivät ja lempeä tuuli puhalsi aamukahvia jäähdyksiin. Aamupalaksi paistoin banaanipannukakkuja, joiden päälle laitoin lusikallisen kuusenkerkkäsiirappia, pensasmustikoita ja nektariinia. Kaveriksi vielä kauraleipää juustolla ja kahvi. Jahka ruoka hieman painuu vatsassa, niin painun laudan kanssa järvelle. Nes gyvenimą reikia švęsti skaniai!💕 Naminiai bananiniai ledai su juodojo šokolado gabaliukais: ° 2 vidutiniai bananai; ° 1,5 a.š. riešutų sviesto; ° šiek tiek kokosų pieno; ° juodojo šokolado (renkuosi su stevia); ° migdolų riekelių. 1. Supjaustome bananus ir dedame į šaldymo kamerą bent 30 minučių. ( Asmeniškai.. tai dažniausiai palieku per naktį ir prieš blendinant - palaikau juos šiek tiek kambario temperatūroje). 2. Į blenderį dedame šaldytus bananus, šiek tiek sutriname. 3. Dedame riešutų sviestą (kokį tik norime), pilame šiek tiek kokosų ar migdolų pieno bei blendiname viską iki vientisos masės. 4. Suberiame smulkintą juodąjį šokoladą, beriame migdolų riekeles ir sumaišome viską dabar jau šaukšto pagalbą. 5. Pilame masę į silikoninę formą ir dedame į šaldiklį mažiausiai valandai. 6. The last few days I just proved to myself for the “N”-th time that we have to love ourself in order to be happy. Self-love is our fuel. It’s the foundation for who we are. Everything builds on top of this foundation, and if it isn’t solid, life feels shaky. For those of us who have experienced the power of self-love, we can agree that the effects can often feel quite magical. The moment we start loving ourselves, we experience shifts, positive shifts. Life begins to move forward with more ease and things begin to magically fall into place. Relationships improve (if there is). Health improves. And life begins to feel good, really good, ridiculously good. Loving you first and creating that deep, internal relationship has countless magical benefits. When you begin your love affair with yourself, you will 1) Recognize + prioritize your needs; 2) Gain a true sense of self; 3) Set loving boundaries; 4) Prevent self-sabotage; 5) Drop the victim mentality; 6) Give love without feeling depleted; 7) Find your own happy I never seeking happiness outside of myself. Self-love helps me get my groove back. It’s simple, really. The more love I show myself, the better I feel. And the better I feel, the happier I am. I am in charge of my happiness, and self-love is the key to that. Self-love is not selfish. Self-love is about connecting to my innermost needs, celebrating the freedom of being me, and honoring who I am truly are while dropping my destructive patterns. Loving myself is magical, it’s a divine relationship that will help me radically improve every single aspect of my life.
