@yungattah made this amazing Sunday hash a few weeks ago when we were at the end of our grocery supply 😩💦
A hash is perfect when you have a lot of random ingredients left. The idea is to cook the potatoes 🥔 through and remove, then the meat and veggies , and finally re-add everything to the egg mixture and cook with a lid. Make sure to lightly season ingredients that aren't naturally salty (I use CAJUN, or seasoning salt).
We like to eat these with toasted bread. Definitely get creative with this. Enjoy & follow for more recipe inspo 😌
