This is a marathon, not a sprint to the finish line. I am not trying to find a quick fix for weight loss or better health. I am looking for something that is going to work long term.
I've been there, done that with the quick fixes. Put money into products and even fitness programs that "guarantee results" and fast😑 Yeah, some of it may have worked initially, but NONE of it was sustainable. Also, with these fads none of them offered nutrition AND fitness together.
✨This was initially about weight loss for me, but it has turned into so much more! Yes, I will celebrate being down 40+ pounds. But even more than that, I have learned what proper nutrition is about. How to fuel my body with the things it needs while also balancing those indulgences. I have learned to love the process and to not beat myself up if I am "off" on my nutrition or fitness for a few days because this is truly a lifestyle. And I have learned self-love and self-care. Yes, there are days where I still will knit pick at things I don't like, but I can honestly say I am finally comfortable in my skin🙏
✨Slow and steady is gonna get you to where you need to be! This is not a quick fix, this is a lifestyle transformation. You must trust and believe in yourself and the process. If you are willing to commit to that, than your health and fitness goals are totally achievable!
