Is Valentine's Day over?! Not in my books. Let's keep the momentum going!
Just a quick note to say thank you for all your responses and comments on my last post about "self-love". I received a number of private messages asking what exactly it is that I do & what support I provide to my crowd of amazing badass girls 💪
So here's my answer in case you're wondering too. When I started practicing over 4 years ago my main priority & focus was nutritional advice and strategy. And don't get me wrong it still is. But! I very quickly learned there's a lot more that goes well beyond nutrition and is equally essential (if not even more important). And that "more" is everything from our emotions, life experiences, personal story, environment over to our mindset, perceptions and limiting beliefs we created about ourselves over the years.
I work with "all parts of you" rather than blindly "fixing" presenting symptoms and sex hormone imbalances. So yes, my approach goes beyond nutrition!
