Sometimes PETA's campaigns are a little bit too much.. Obviously this picture looks weird and doesn't make sense, but I would like to see more awareness on the Health side VS scaring or weirding people off.
How dairy products really affect us, what their chemistry look like and why we live in such a sick nation.
None of us really thinks of how food gets on our plates (if we did we wouldn't be eating it).
Same way as when I eat my fruits I hardly ever think about the farmers.
When do we start thinking of things?
When they start affecting or hurting us and then we are forced to make a change.
That's what opened the door for me, I used to live on dairy products and bread until it got me really sick with Hashimoto's.
So let's talk about our physical body for a second.
Our body likes simplicity, it can only use simple sugars, amino acids and fatty acids.
Protein is a cluster of many amino acids, you can look at a protein like a house and amino acids are walls that make the house.
When a protein enters into our body, first we send special enzymes to break it down to amino acids, then we take the useful amino acids to build tissue and eliminate everything else that is not needed.
This process requires lots of energy and acid to breakdown the protein, it creates an acidic environment that causes our cells to decay and die.
Now our body needs to find a way to eliminate the waste which it does until it gets too clogged up, when there is too much waste to eliminate.
Our kidneys, our main filtration system will be the first to get affected and when we have too many dead cells that cannot be filtered out - we get cancer.
Cancer is simply a dead cell.
Protein rich diets are the main cause of cancer and kidney failure.
The more things get stuck inside the more sick we get.
On a chemistry level, the structure of dairy is only 2-3 stages away from plastic.
You can find much more amino acids the body can use in green veggies vs protein.
Protein has been overrated, our body doesnt really need much amino acids.
Look who is pushing for those agendas big pharma, dairy & meat industry. They are here to make $ of us, the last thing they care about is our health. at Los Angeles, California
