Thank you @lisasamadikun for sharing #happinessis with us. Yes, happiness is simple but we often overthinking about it.
This is an inspiring 3 hours session, hearing the story, find out that my poster with the quote from Marie Jahoda that I can so related. I thought having the “mental illness” is a curse for my life, turn out it was a blessing I have after aware with it and after I know how to deal with it. I may live forever with it but I will not give up with life just because of it.
I will always love, learn and live forever until it’s my time. I found my happiness in everything I did now as long I invite and involve God into my plan. I don’t depend on doing 1 thing to make me happy. But the most important, my happiness comes from how much I can give to others, not only in material form, but my time, my knowledge & wisdom, and everything I could give away. I found my happiness when I did my gratitude journal every morning, meditate, writing, cooking, yoga, functional & weight training, enjoy morning tea, reading, clean up my room, building business, and the most important is make other people happy. So many things that could make me happy now which I never have it before. So, today session is really a huge reminder for me to bring my happiness to the next level, not only staying in a float. Thank you and I’m really grateful for today.
