Amazing upper body finisher right here! . I’ve been lifting weights for 13 years and this is the first time I’ve ever attempted a walking renegade row. I First saw this done back in 2012 by Giavanni Ruffin in an Eric Thomas video. And I thought to myself I want to be fit enough to do shit like that. . He’s using 40s in the video, I only got 20s but my form is 100 times better lol. (Video sped up to fit IG) . Dreams do come true haha.

Getting back on track is a struggle... - Trying to get back on my sleeping, training & work routine has been hard for me but hoping I get back on track next week. My workouts have been OK but not the best. My motivation to finish my workouts is low & this weather is not helping. Winter time is hard for a lot of people including myself so it’s important to not depend on motivation to get you to the gym. You have to create a schedule that works for you lifestyle & make it work! Set your gym schedule & stick to it because if you skip one day, it will be easier to continue skipping workouts. Don’t ever let yourself feel less because you feel that’s how it should be.🤯🤯⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I feel like society tells us to be less, eat less, weigh less, cut this, lose fat, EVERYTHING IS LESS. Corrupt if you ask me.😡⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 7 years ago I was chasing after the unrealistic. I wanted to weigh less, I wanted to take up less space, I felt unworthy, and I was cutting calories like no other, afraid to eat a sandwich because “carbs”🥪🥪⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I recovered from anorexia nervosa the beginning of 2016 (CAN I GET AN AMEN🙌🏻) and I just wanted to feel GOOD, I wanted to build my body, feel strong, feel free... not have to chase after this “dream”.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I was sick of feeling “worthless” like “I had to feel guilty after everything I ate”. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I began to lift weights, to build my body, I began to understand this lifestyle that wasn’t so frickin corrupt. I began to feel abundant & was creating the body that “actually made me feel good”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I felt STRONG, I felt POWERFUL, I felt like a 🦄, I COULD EAT FOOD.
