Forever in this constant cycle of being consistent about something then falling off track then scrambling trying to get back on board 🙇‍♀️ My “”bulk”” is going better than expected; currently weighing at 56.5kg (heaviest I’ve EVER been) and this is such an accomplishment since I’ve been at a plateau of 52-53kg for a long time. Let’s see how I feel when I hit 60kg (I’m 170cm tall so I guess that’s okay) Hoping to film some time soon, been so busy and gym has been even more busy and omg I just 🙇‍♀️ So sorry for lack of posts 😭

Mais: a fruta também é rica em antioxidantes, como vitamina C, que previne a produção de radicais livres e protege contra o envelhecimento. E a cúrcuma? A curcumina, principal princípio ativo dessa especiaria, é uma grande aliada da desintoxicação do corpo e da digestão dos alimentos. Sozinha, no entanto, ela perde a função. Daí porque é interessante incrementar o shot de limão com outros temperos. “Para ser melhor absorvida, a curcumina pede a presença de ingredientes como pimenta caiena, gengibre, canela e própolis. Como incluir o shot no dia a dia A quantidade indicada de suco de limão e cúrcuma é justamente a de um copinho de shot (cerca de 50 ml).
