Random vids that I got at the hotel gym in Ottawa
This weekend was full of indulgences, but now it’s time to get back to my food and gym routine. The past few days were full of good food (yummy, but not nutritionally healthy), and I defiantly feel the effects it has on my body since I have not eaten like that in a while.
It’s hard for me to accept that it is normal to feel like this after spending a weekend eating irregularly from normal eating habits. I feel bloated, low energy, tired, and honestly, low confidence all together
I eat healthy because it makes me feel good, it fuels my body and makes me feel energized, and this is a good reminder to myself that I am on the right track to continuing this healthy lifestyle.
It’s all about the reasons why you do something, and that will determine how the goal (long or short term) will play out.
