If you want to organize your whole damn closet again, do that.... whatever it is that allows you to just be. I have an incredibly hard time slowing down to recharge, I’ve learned that this past year. This go around, I’ve got balance on the brain but with a structured plan to do so and still keep my goals in check. Back attack in full force!! As voted upon, yesterday’s back, shoulder and ab workout is here and was 💯🔥 I played around with supersets to target different muscles in my back and shoulders. Some exercises look similar, but when grouped together in supersets you feel the tension in smaller, harder to target areas...AND it helps with mind/muscle connection AND can be performed with limited machines...it’s a win win! Most days I get overwhelmed at least once. ⠀ That’s what happens when you have 3 kids in three years. ⠀ ⠀ We’re currently dealing with mold in our house and have no idea what’s actually going on. One person tells us one thing. Someone else tells us another. I’m also tired of the lies [which they call “miscommunications”] 🙄⠀ ⠀ So now we’re in a giant, albeit ONE, hotel room... three kids, a mom, a dad, and an emotional husky. Blah blah so I’m so tired and not in our routine... stressed out...⠀ ⠀ But despite the odds against me, I still got in my workout! Our neighbors below us probably hate me for doing cardio at 8 am 🤷‍♀️ #sorrynotsorry⠀ ⠀ But I will say it made me feel a lot better than before I did it! ⠀ ⠀ What excuses are you letting get in the way of your health & fitness?⠀ ⠀ While the kids were having quiet time, I worked my business (even though I just wanted to watch HGTV and nap).
