20 days into my cut so far and feeling great about my progress! Have really taken my diet and workouts seriously the last few weeks and It’s really paying off! I’m currently eating at a 1500 calorie deficit, meaning I’m eating 1500 less calories a day then I’m burning. This way I’m losing weight, but I’m mostly focused on losing fat while maintaining my muscle mass. Doing this by keeping my protein up while lowering both carbs and fat! @myfitnesspal makes it easy to keep track of what I’m putting into my body while trying to make the changes. Wowowowowowow im so happy 🥰 Deadlifts : 132.5kg / 292lbs x 6 137.5kg / 303lbs x 6 (PR) 140kg / 308.7lbs x 6 (PR) (The last video is just proof of the weight since someone moved my tripod before I started pulling 😭) After smashing my toe last week and not the best session on Friday, I was pretty anxious about today’s pulls. I was excited to pull and took my time warming up. When warmups started moving fast and easy I got super excited but kept my composure so I wouldn’t get cocky. Worked up to a 320lbs single and moved onto the volume. Everything was FLYING! A few weeks ago I was complaining about how I’ve hit 300x6 and I won’t be happy until I get back there. Stretching is SUPER important before exercising 🙌🏻 stretching for 30 minutes actually made a huge difference compared to stretching for 5 minutes. I get caught up sometimes and just go for it without stretching.... do you?!
