Current morning physique - no food, no water, no pump and preeeetty flat 🥞 - Nearly finished off the 4th week of cutting - still in those early stages when it’s not been long enough to really see any major differences but 6 pounds ⬇️ nonetheless✌️ - Not looking to get ‘shredded’ but just considerably leaner - looking to take off another good 10-15 pounds and then assess from there if I want to take more off😎 - Calories still sitting around 3000, so still got plenty of room to drop these and add in more cardio✅ - #flexfriday #naturalbodybuilding #dieting #weightloss #physique

What I do to help with bloating ———————————————— 1️⃣ Biohm probiotic A probiotic is a MUST for me. It helps me digest food a lot easier & it keeps me regular. If you chose to use biohmhealth you can use code ladyfit to save some money. 2️⃣ I pay attention to my fiber intake. Anything above 30g makes me bloat like crazy 3️⃣ I try sleep more & reduce stress 4️⃣ I stay hydrated 100-150oz a day 5️⃣ I stretch my entire body especially my core, hip flexors, & IT band. Might be TMI but stretching helps get rid of trapped gas = less bloat. Elevating my legs also helps with gas. 6️⃣ I stop eating hours before going to sleep. It’s not because eating before bed is fattening but because my body can’t digest food so it causes me a lot of pain & discomfort. I usually eat from 7 am to 3pm. I obviously have days that I don’t follow that but for the most part that’s my eating window. I would say 90% of the time I follow it & it has helped a lot! 7️⃣ I added a fat burner to my routine 2 weeks ago & I definitely think it’s helping me keep water weight low because I’m sweating like crazy during my workouts. I look & feel leaner in just 2 weeks. I’m not saying this product burns fat but I definitely think it’s helping with my body composition. . I’m obviously tan now & I’m wearing high waisted leggings but you can still see the difference. On the left I’m just relaxed not blowing my belly out & on the right I’m just standing sideways. . Form is everything . It's the deciding factor between a really good workout and a so-so one; so if you're unsure about your form, here are a few tips . 1. If it begins to hurt, stop doing it (sans DOMS, that's allowed - we like that type of pain 😊) 2. If it's something else someone has made up on a whim without the proper expertise - everyone's body is different so what works for others might not work for you, listen to YOUR body 3. If it's involves some type of jerky movements; granted these work for most of the professionals but that's often after their warmup, if you do it without the proper warmup, you could pull, sprain or even break something . So, yes in all exercises that you end up doing in the gym, be watchful of your form - you might think you're fine for the time being but doing irreparable damage to your body in the future .
