Weaknesses need to be worked on, squat 130kg 👉 142.5kg 🏋️♂️ Last 12 weeks me and @tomasliubertas (aka #SquatSquad) spent following Hatch Squat programme. It’s a simple set up doing Back/Front squat twice per week for maximum 30mins effort. The result itself is nothing wow and within norms, but I definitely feel stronger and hopefully this will help in OLY lifts😇 if you have tried other stuff and know how to improve one’s squat - I am always open for recommendations 🤗
