Was meant to go the gym this morning but really wasn’t feeling it... so I just did a HIIT and AB session at home.
Might go to the gym later for an upper body session if I’m feeling up to it, but Ive been so tired and really lacking motivation lately so I feel like my body is telling me to give my self a rest.
Despite the lack of energy though, I’m feeling great at the minute in terms of my physique and how my cut is going 🌟
