Moong ki daal, hing, salt taste according, tomato gravy, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, Jira, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice Moong ki dal ko ek ghante ke liye soch kar lenge aur namak v pinch of eno dalkar paste Bana lenge. Non stick tawa pe chote chote pancake Bana lenge ya phir ek bada chilla banakar usko cut kar lenge chote chote tukdo mein. Kadai mein oil heat up Ho Jane par jeera aur hing dalingey. Tomato paste dalkar, masale darkar pakka ayenge. Gravy jitni rakhne Ho itna Pani daalenge, kasuri methi dalingey. Boil aane par pancakes (chilli ke tukde) dalkar 5 minute pakka ayenge.
