Good morning!!! I use to be one of those people who would do a million different exercises, see something new online, try it and add it to my routine if I liked it. But over the years I’ve realized that not everything works for everybody. I’ve learned to mentally connect with my body, my muscles, how I feel my muscles working. So even if an exercise supposedly is the best for a certain body part, of I can’t feel my muscles working, I’m not doing it. So now for Glutes, I’ve narrowed my favorite exercises down to less than 10. Here are 3 of my favorites:
🍑Banded, weighted Hip Thrusters 🍑Banded, non-weighted Hip Thrusters
🍑Banded Frog Pump Thrusters
I always do 5 sets, usually 15-30 reps depending on the weight I’m using.
