💫please stop guessing your way to results💫
So yesterday I got out of the gym and went over to a city centre corporate gym for my workout,
A change of scenery never hurt anyone.
Now when ever I do this I try and make sure my session is as productive as it can be and I get in and out.
As always I know what i'm doing in the session with my note book and make sure to record weights to ensure the next session I make progress.
It become very clear to me that no one else was doing this and that they where just guessing there way through there time in the gym.
People then wonder why they don't make progress.
Now Im not trying to show off here but its a pet hate of mine that if you don't have a plan you wont succeed,
So many people do it,
Turn up at the gym and guess their way through hoping by some miracle they will reach their goals.
Don't even get me started on the boyfriends taking their partners through as chest session for an hour with no thought to what females want to train, such as legs, glutes, shoulders, arms, but thats for another email.
Get yourself a plan that supports your goals, stop waisting your time and money in the gym and invest in a coach that cares and knows their stuff.
You'll get much further and be much happier with the results,
Yes it will cost more but ask yourself this question,
It it really worth staying in the same, struggling and making no progress at all?
Im sure the answer is no.
