Great Leg Day this morning! Damn I was really sweating pigs during my workout today, I don’t know what it was. The last couple times, I’ve improved my squat form very much. Instead of having the bar literally on top of my shoulders and traps, I moved it way down onto my shoulder blades. This naturally makes me lean my upper body forward, making it much easier and more of a natural feeling to sit back when going down to squat. I feel no pain in my lower back anymore, my chest is easier to push out, and I’m able to squeeze my back as well. It’s also getting me to push more weight for more reps. I’m really feeling the stretch and squeeze in my posterior/hamstring muscles a lot more especially my gluteus muscles as well.
