Literally the easiest meal I’ve ever made but so so so good. It even vegan and gluten free. Check me out 😏 🥦 . . . Ingredients: 1 Tbsp fresh ginger 1/2 finely chopped chili 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp Garam masala 1 cup red lentils 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 can coconut milk 2 cups veggie stock Salt and pepper 2 handfuls spinach . . . Method: 1. Pour about 1 tsp of oil into a sauce pan and add the ginger and chili. 2. Then add the spices and fry until fragrant 3. Then add lentils, tomatoes, coconut milk and stock and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes until sauce has thickened and lentils are soft 4. Remove from heat and then add the spinach and let wilt in pan 5. Serve with rice or naan and enjoy! 😋

Hey you there! Yes, you. I see you. I can see you working so hard to support yourself and your family financially, getting up every day, commuting, sitting behind your computer, focusing on doing a good job. . All the while, you are struggling to feel good. You're tired, and can't think properly until you have chugged down at least two strong coffees. . You can't seem to get organised enough to plan a healthy lunch, so you end up grabbing something from the canteen that barely satisfies you, and munch on chips and other snacks to get through the afternoon. . You dread the long commute home and can barely muster up the patience and energy to be the best mum you want to be for your kids. You find yourself snapping, anxious for them to just go to bed so you can have some time to yourself. . When that time finally rolls around, you don't even know what to do. A bath seems nice but also too much effort. Maybe you should start the journalling or meditation practice, but honestly, all you can think about is sleep and bed. . So that's where you end up collapsing, but even though you are tired, your mind is wired. The mental list of things you want and need to do is running through your mind. . You know this isn't the way you want to feel, how you want to be living your life every day, you want more balance, but where do you even start to change? You want more energy, you wish you could have glowing skin and think positively, but your passion and purpose is just a faint murmer and daily joy and happiness is difficult to find. You seem to have forgotten how to relax and what things you even enjoy doing. . You have lost yourself in the day to day of living life. You know you can do better- eat better, practice better self care, make time for exercise, do things that are fun- but you need a kickalong. . That's where I come in! I love working with driven women like you who are tired of the constant hustle of juggling life and work. . This week's prep includes 2 snacks and my lunches. I decided not to prep for breakfast this week as I didn't feel like anything specific, so I will prep for breakfast the night prior 😉 . Remember that you don't have to prep for every single meal of the day ☝🏾. My advice is to start small. For example, just start with prepping your lunches for a week or two. Then add your snacks for a couple of weeks and then add your breakfast meals. . Don't see #mealprepping as a chore. Instead, enjoy it.. have fun with your foods and make foods YOU LOVE ❤. . Yes! Yes! Yes! It is me few days before giving birth. I gained nearly 30kgs during my pregnancy, I ate more than usual, didn't really exercise and did some water retention... You don't need to eat for 2 .... nope, I didn't listen to my mum... well I did but was a bit late 🙄, I remember in one month I took 5kgs and I was more mindful about what and how much I was eating. It took me around 8/12 months to loose it all slowly by going back to the gym, doing some pilates and eating healthy. Today I am lucky to say that I am fitter than before my pregnancy. I have some loose skin but I am fine with it, it's part of me, my son. A year ago today I decided to go to the gym. That’s it. I was just like yeah ok let’s be healthier this year. I had no idea I would fall in love with working out, or that I would ever loose this much weight, especially this quickly. I had no idea how much I would change as a person, how much more confident I would become, how much more HAPPY I would be. FUCK ok emo rant slightly over. I feel low key like this should be my new birthday that’s how dramatic I’m bout to be. Like for real it seriously was the day my life finally started??? Does that make sense?? Something as simple as walking into the gym changed my entire life. It’s not just working out I fell in love with, it’s been the whole process of finally learning to love and accept myself. We just finished our third week of keto meal prep, now officially under our business umbrella of “Health, Keto & Grace LLC”, and we are in awe of what God is doing. Truly in awe and amazement. We went from 1, to 3, to 14 customers in a matter of three weeks!!! We are already having to consider putting a cap on the number of servings available per item per week, simply because we won’t have room to store all of the orders if it gets any bigger than this week!!!! We already got a second fridge, and it’s already full!!! Literally. Full. Seriously, ONLY God!!!! Never in my wildest dreams did I think any of this would be happening, but never in my life have I known more concretely that I’m right in the middle of God’s will either.
