So, has India lived up to my expectations? First of all, I don’t believe in only talk about the good experiences, because travelling is full of ups and downs and I believe it is important to talk about it all. We all know that India has beautiful places since they are plastered all over Instagram. But that does not convey the whole picture. India has such a rich cultural heritage and the palaces and temples here were really pieces of art. key word on “were”. Right now many monument suffers the same problem: decaying. Bad upkeep in the cityscape and infrastructures really ruins many beautiful sights and it is such a shame. Another problem in India is Pollution. The air quality is really bad and so many rivers are full of garbage. There is plastic everywhere. Despite this, I still think that India is an amazing destination because you get to see such a different way of living, the people here are really nice and it is one of the most colourful place I have ever been to, both in the literal and metaphorical sense. at Jodhpur

Bora Bora Airport, or Motu Mute Airport, is built on an island and requires boat shuttles to get to the main town. This was the view that greeted us as soon as we stepped foot outside the airport #neoandfrodo #borabora #airports at Bora Bora Airport

I've struggled with self-image issues all my life. Especially on this gay cruise (@atlantisevents), I am surrounded by washboard abs and chiseled pecs.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Even when I was sick, I tried to do crossfit and yoga and continued to hurt myself to attain the Adonis image I wanted.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It took months of sprained wrists and torn tendons to finally realize that my life was just on a different trajectory... and it's ok. Watching my body wither away after working out every day for hours each day was one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences I went through.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We are all on our unique paths and perfect, just the way we are. at Atlantis Events

After I fly, I love to kick off my shoes and ground myself to the earth. This practice is called "earthing" or "grounding" - connecting our bare skin to the skin of the earth. Try it next time and see if you can feel the power below you. 🌍⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #earthing #grounding #holistichealing at Crandon Park Beach, Key Biscayne

Playa del Carmen, Mexico 🇲🇽: (1/3) My travel companion... He was wearing his backpack that way because his shoulders were burnt. He also discovered hats on this trip. We were lucky to find a few stretches of clear beach just outside of the main strip in Playa. Most of the region has been inundated by sargassum. (You can see slight traces of it in this photo but there are piles of it along the beach...) This seaweed is a vital nursery habitat for many species but is a smelly mess when piling up by the foot on the beaches. Hopefully the region can find responsible and environmentally sensitive ways to clear them up.
