I’ve been absent from kickboxing for about 3 weeks before tonight. My body was constantly feeling sore and I could feel certain areas straining. So I called it quits for 3 weeks, continued to maintain a healthy diet, and went back tonight with extreme strength and comfort! It’s amazing how quickly our bodies can heal if we feed it the right foods and allow it time to recover. Looking forward to getting back into my total body routine now that I’m feeling 💯💪🏻 Guest appearance by @popandbottle!
