I took a chance on ODODOS leggings on Amazon and they’re my favorite so far. ✅ soft and comfy ✅ deep pockets on the sides ✅ and they stay up/don’t sag! . Switching up your routine is really important when you’re trying to grow & get bigger. When you’re doing the same workouts over and over again, your muscles get used to the routine and so it’s really important to switch up your workouts and shock your muscles. * 💎instead of my regular squats, I replaced them with with this little superset. * 💚Romanian Lunges - SS - Single Leg Hip Thrusts (swipe for this one) - 12 reps Romanian lunges with 15 reps of single leg hip thrusts. I used weights here as you see but even without weights, you’re going to have to push through the pain 💕 I almost wanted to give up but that burn is what’s going to grow that booty. 3 sets on each leg :) * 💚 Elevated Cable RDLs - I feel like I’m able to get a much deeper stretch if I’m elevated here but I’ve been loving these lately so just wanted to add a little snippet of these * 💚let me know how you like these :)
