back on my grind!!
been doing my fasted cardio every morning and working out 6 times a week. I love it!! Working out is never the hard part for me, it’s the eating right. SOO if you also struggle with eating healthy, follow what me and my friend are doing. We have both been eating pretty bad recently, and wanted to make a change together. So every time we eat, we send each other a picture (on snap). This way, we WANT to be sending a healthy food pic so we eat healthy. I’m definitely not saying we are going to be perfect, but it’s really helpful having someone with you along the process!!
