Tenemos que tener en cuenta: - Posici贸n inicio 90/90 caderas. - Las piernas hacen presi贸n contra el suelo. - Abdomen y gl煤teo contra铆dos. . MOVIMIENTO: - Rotamos la rodilla de la pierna atrasada manteniendo la presi贸n contra el suelo de la pierna adelantada. - Una vez no podemos rotar m谩s, "arrastraremos" la pierna adelantada para continuar la transici贸n. - Terminaremos en posici贸n 90/90 del lado contrario. . Los movimientos que realizamos son: - Elevaci贸n - Retracci贸n - Depresi贸n - Protacci贸n - Lo mismo pero a la inversa . Hicimos este y otros ejercicios de movilidad, sobretodo del tren superior, antes de realizar el entrenamiento de fuerza (hicimos espalda). . Siempre que hago entrenamiento de fuerza preparo mis articulaciones realizando ejercicios de movilidad y noto la diferencia de cuando no los hacia con tanta frecuencia. . Porque como dice @qimovement , primero hay que asentar las bases. Las articulaciones tienen que estar preparadas para realizar todo tipo de movimiento. Some progress from my client, Sherri. **both videos without cueing/natural walking. EDIT Testimonial from Sherri; "I injured my hip and was limping around for over a year ( I even thought I might be heading toward a hip replacement) when Matt was assigned as my trainer at the local gym. He started working his magic on me...magic he called functional patterns...and now I no longer limp. I'm pretty much pain free and I owe it all to Matt and functional patterns." Sherri came to me in June with some nagging right hip issues (I suspect a labrum tear). Her hip was causing her pain constatly, more or less. Furthermore, it was catching and would give out on her. As a server, she is constantly on her feet, which was making it difficult for her to get any respite. As of Novemeber, she was rarely in any pain, and her hip was catching/giving out on her much more infrequently. Aside from pain, as you can see she is walking much more upright, as we have got her engaging her posterior chain. Also, particularly if you watch the arm swing, you can see much better myofascial sling connectivity (whip likemotion of the arm). Overall, better movement. We continue to work, always more to improve upon. Foam rolling is a fantastic cool down. One of the wonderful things that it can do is called myofascial release. Myofascial release helps to bring elasticity back to the fascia, a thin but touch inter-connective tissue that wraps around most structures in the human body, including muscle. #122 Press To 1 Handed Handstand Burpees - I was not able to get a hand off the ground all 122 reps - Later modalities I removed the ground press because of the intensity of the handstand work Day Of Year (DOY) 126 -Feeling great and all caught up on my Burpees - following a 5k I imbibed in some Boxing Burpees for today鈥檚 modality. #2019burpeechallenge, a year long progressive challenge/quest whereby I will complete as many Burpees as it is the day of the year. I began on 1/1/2019 with 1 Burpee and am driving toward 12/31/2019 with 365 Burpees. If I do not miss a single day a total of 66,750 Burpees will have been amassed . Yo, particularmente, tengo muy poca movilidad del pie a causa de mi pie cavo y dedos en garra 馃槄 Por eso estoy muy contento de mi progresi贸n. Aunque hay mucho por mejorar, deb茅is saber que d铆as atr谩s no era capaz de levantar los cuatro 煤ltimos dedos sin despegar el dedo gordo del suelo y a la inversa. Hoy, poco a poco, mi SNC va integrando estos movimientos nuevos para que los reconozca y cada d铆a sea m谩s f谩cil realizarlos. La movilidad es dedicarle tiempo pero al final tiene su recompensa. It can be good loosing control when you have a solid team around you. Group assisted Resistance Flexibility Large Intestine stretch. Perfection is one of the high traits associated with the large intestine with obsessive compulsiveness being the lower side. This energy helps complete things by bringing the right amount of structure in your life and letting go of it having to be just right will keep you in the perfect flow of life. Life is constantly moving and can never be held down to being exactly right. The best part is that you get to keep having more experiences. Physically when you do this pose you are doing a completing pattern of the upper and lower halves of the body, an exaggerated version of walking. When you do this stretch scissor your legs to gain stability so you can rotate through the torso. I always check in with this move especially before any hike or jog to get more cross lateral symmetry. Basically if one side is tighter than the other in this position you will create more restrictions every step of the way. This move can give you more efficient direction. .
