It’s been a sleepless couple of nights over here with our six week old. I had wanted to make these shrimp tacos yesterday but had to give myself permission to slow down and take a breather instead. It’s tough being Type A, and knowing there are expiration dates on the food in the fridge to boot!
Thankfully we got a good night’s rest last night and were able to get a few frames of these beauties in before lunchtime. I say we because the babe was most definitely in the sling during the whole operation. #momminainteasy
Today, I’m choosing to cut myself some slack and remembering that my camera will still be there tomorrow.
