EASY BREAKFAST RECIPE 🙌 it'll last you all week & take you 5 minutes to make! This bircher muesli is suuuupppper easy and makes enough to last 5 days (the whole work week)!!! And the best part is, you can make it in a matter of minutes 🙌 💛 All you need is: • 2.5 cups of oats • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds • ½ cup walnuts • 10 brazil nuts • ¼ cup chia seeds • ¼ cup cranberries • ¼ cup shredded coconut • 1 tsp cinnamon Cover with unsweetened almond milk or water (roughly 3-3.5 cups worth) Optional: 4-5 tbsp protein powder (good for those who workout regularly) 1. Add all ingredients together into a large bowl. Stir together until well combined. 2. Pop it into the fridge as it is or add the bircher into individual glass jars so you can grab them and go in the morning. 3. The snack on the left is called Chicken Kelaguen and the recipe is in my first digital cookbook, The Meal Prep Manual- 1st Edition 😎 This is another dish that is eaten a lot in the Mariana Islands. What I like about Chicken Kelaguen is that it is eaten cold so it is a perfect snack for sitting at my desk. It’s similar to a ceviche except instead of shrimp and fish it is made with chicken. It’s mixed with onions, hot sauce, lemon juice and coconut. Lots of protein, very satisfying, plenty filling. It makes a wonderful snack. . . I always love a sweet treat before bed. I’ve been eating my casein waffles most nights but when I have a batch of these chocolate chip banana muffins around I’ll reach for them instead. There’s not a lot better than a nice tall glass of whole milk and a few of these muffins warmed up in the microwave 😎😎 Some people say you shouldn’t eat carbs before bed. I say who cares. If you are staying in calorie balance it doesn’t really make a difference. Recipe as follows: 2 ripe, frozen and thawed bananas (Non frozen is fine) 1 cup all natural peanut butter 2 eggs 2 Tbsp honey 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking powder 4 or 5 chocolate chips for each one Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Then pour into a mini muffin tin and top with 4 or 5 chocolate chips. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 7 minutes.

🍃Thai Green Curry with chicken meatballs 🍃 *500g chicken mince *3 thinly sliced spring onions *1 garlic clove finely chopped *coriander Mix together and roll into meatballs. In a frypan heat a drizzle of olive oil. Add a couple of tablespoons of green curry paste, cook the meatballs (be gentle when you turn them so they don’t fall apart). Add a tin of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons fish sauce, basil and squeeze in the juice from half a lime. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add in vegetables and cook for another couple of minutes. Preheat oven to 350F/180C.⁣ 2. Separate eggs into a jug, keep going until you get about 2 cups worth of egg white. Make sure to save the yolks for other recipes!⁣ 3. Breakfast Meal Prep: Burritos and Bowls: Ingredients: -32 OZ Egg Whites -3 Whole Eggs -12 Oz (19 Slices) Low Sodium Jenni-O Bacon - 2 (15oz) cans of Black Beans - 1.5-2 lbs Hashbrowns - 4-5 oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese - 1 Red Bell Pepper - 1 Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 Orange Bell Pepper - 1/2 White onion - 4-6 Mushrooms Seasonings: Bacon: -1-2 TBSP Tumeric -1 TBSP Black Pepper Hashbrowns: -1-2 TBSP Black Pepper -1-2 TBSP Seasoning Salt Eggs: -1-3 TBSP Black Pepper -1-2 TBSP Onion Powder -1-2 TBSP Granulated Garlic Black Beans: - Drain and add 1-2 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes. I made 16 semi-small burritos and 4 breakfast bowls with this. Been part of the 5 am club for 4 weeks now hitting gym at 0600. Directions: 1) Slice and cook Bell peppers, onions, mushrooms with oil spray. Set in a bowl. 2) Cook 1.5-2 lbs of Hashbrowns with oil spray, add seasoning salt and black pepper. Cook until Desired. Crispy. Stir frequently. 3) Cook 32 oz egg whites plus 3 eggs, add granulated garlic, onion powder and black pepper. ***Watch and stir frequently. Put In bowl and set aside. 4) Put 1 pack (19 slices) Jenni turkey bacon slices on baking rack with aluminum foil and spray at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip half way. Add tumeric and black pepper before you put in. 5)Add 2 cans black beans in a pot and heat up, add red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper/paprika to it for flavor/gear. 6) I have low carb/calorie tortillas from Walmart, heat them in microwave for 45 seconds so they don’t break when you roll. 6) Open a can of el pato or salsa and pour some in. 7) Wax paper is the shit, get that and some tape so when you build your burrito it won’t tear. Be careful when you roll, don’t overfill. If you gotta have two burritos to get the job done then do that. If you run out of tortillas like I did, separate equally into tuberware containers, freeze and microwave in the morning. As always adjust to your needs, if your cutting, cut the beans and hash-browns out. If your bulking, add more. SHRIMP ASPARAGUS PASTA (makes 2 servings) Made this for me and my sister, she said it tasted like something from a fancy Italian restaurant! Ingredients: - 15 pre-boiled shrimp - 15 stalks of asparagus - 2 oz linguine pasta - 1 tbsp butter - 1/2 tbsp lemon juice - 1/4 cup white wine - salt & pepper Directions: 1. Boil pasta according to instructions, along with asparagus. 2. Drain pasta and asparagus. In same pot, cook pasta, asparagus, and shrimp in butter, lemon juice, and white wine for 5 minutes. 3. Today we made homemade udon noodles with beef broth, grilled steak, homemade ramen egg, and onions grilled with chili oil. It was awesome 🙌🏻
