Me quede pegada con los ostiones 🤪.... es que son lo máximo !!! Acá los hice calientes con COUS COUS ..... SALTEADO DE PIMENTONES ESPINACA OSTIENES Y GARBANZOS CON LECHE DE COCO Y ESPECIAS...... se matan como queso !!!! La receta ??? Acá va 🥣 poner en un sartén grande o wok aceite de oliva y agregar 1 pimentón en juliana + 1 cebolla en julianas y cocinar por unos minutos agregando sal de mar + 1 cucharada de curry ( me gusta de @badiaspicescl )+ 1 cucharada de cúrcuma + 1/2 cucharada de jengibre rallado o pasta de jengibre + un toque de cardamomo + otro toque de comino + pimienta 🥣 cuando se “activen” las especias y se sienta un súper intenso olor a oriente .....agregar 2 tazas de garbanzos ( o dos cajas @wasil_cl de garbanzos sin el jugo ) + 2 tarros de leche de coco ( ahora en Chile lo están rotulando como “bebida de coco” para que no se confundan ) y revolver para mezclar los sabores 🥣 agregar los ostiones al caldo de coco y al Tiro agregar 6 tazas de espinaca cruda cortada en tiritas 🥣 mover con cuidado para no romper los ostiones y que se hagan las espinacas ..... ño recocer esta parte ya que los ostiones se achican y se ponen duros y la espinaca se pone lacia y pierde color ...... servir con COUS COUS o con lo que quieran ! De verdad quedan totales !!!! Y si ya no quieren comer más ostiones pueden hacer lo mismo con camarones ( yo uso @kamaronbay ) o también con pollo ..... lo importante es que con las recetas puedan jugar y agregar o sacar los ingredientes que quieran !!!! No hay que tenerle susto a no seguir una receta al pie de la letra !!!! Déjense llevar que lo más probable es que les quede un plato maravilloso inspirado en una receta ...... así que !! #TastyTuesday is a delicious dish with SALMON! This is brought to you by howsweeteats . This is a Sheet Pan Salmon for simplicity and yields 4 servings! INGREDIENTS 4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed or grated 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (Liquid Aminos) 1/3 cup honey freshly cracked black pepper 1 (2 pound) salmon filet, about 1 1/2 inches thick 1 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half or even quartered lemon wedges for spritzing fresh herbs, like basil, oregano, chives for topping DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Make sure your brussels sprouts are in small pieces so they roast quickly! I like to remove the stems from mine and cut them into quarters. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce and honey. Place the salmon filet in the center of the sheet. 3. Place the brussels in the bowl and toss them with half of the honey garlic mixture. Spread the brussels around the salmon. Brush the remaining honey garlic mixture over the salmon. It's okay if you have some left - you can use it to brush on once the salmon is finished! I like to add some freshly cracked pepper on top t00. 4. Roast the salmon and brussels for 15 minutes, until the salmon easily flakes with a fork and the brussels begin to caramelize. Remove and slice the salmon into pieces. I know I've talked quite a bit about the idea of health on here, but here's another reminder for you--health is SO COMPLEX AND MULTIFACETED.⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ Our mental health is SO IMPORTANT, and so profoundly affects the rest of our body and its ability to function. This is one of the main reasons I keep saying that health is about SO MUCH MORE THAN FOOD. Or exercise. And let me tell you, this is NOT something I learned in my education to be a nutrition professional. But it's something I now ALWAYS talk about with those I work with. Because I get it now. And damn, it's a big deal. ⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ How you feel in your body is affected by the stressors in your life! The degree to which your body is able to run smoothly is impacted by how you feel about yourself on a day-to-day basis, by what you focus on in your life, by how much you REST and get the eff off social media (!), by the strength of your relationships, by your ability to have access to your basic needs--and so much more. ⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ .⁣⁣ This is why stressing about food (aka following food rules, "eating clean", counting calories/macros, etc.) can actually have a v negative effect on your overall health. The same goes for excessive exercise, especially high-intensity exercise--worrying about when/how/where to get your workout in, giving up sleep to do it, and continuing to push your body beyond what it can handle is STRESSFUL. In the name of my recent obsession with gut health- I’ve been experimenting a lot with coconut yogurt! 🥥 ⁣ ⁣ As someone who doesn’t currently consume dairy products, I find that using coconut milk as a yogurt alternative is PERFECT for getting in those good-for-you probiotics, as well as recreating that delicious creamy texture and tart yogurty taste. 😋⁣ ⁣ While there are plenty of different coconut yogurt brands available in the store these days, I find that making mine at home is MUCH more cost-efficient, MUCH tastier, and of MUCH higher-quality! 👌🏻⁣ ⁣ All you need is a can of coconut milk (as I’ve experimented with different brands, I’ve found that some work drastically better than others- let me know if you’ve had this same issue!), a couple probiotic capsules, a couple days worth of patience, and you’ve got yourself some easy DIY coconut yogurt! These tasty little energy bites are the perfect healthy snack, breakfast on the go or quick post workout snack. These little gems are naturally sweetened, filled with whole food goodness and are super simple to put together! ⠀ ⠀ Ingredients:⠀ ⠀ 1 Cup raw cashews ⠀ 1/2 cup rolled oats ⠀ 1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates (softened)⠀ 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (or use sun butter to make “nut-free”)⠀ 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup ⠀ 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract ⠀ 1/4 tsp fine sea salt⠀ 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips ⠀ ⠀ **to soften dates, soak in a bowl of boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Drain well before adding to recipe. ⠀ ⠀ Directions:⠀ ⠀ 1. In a food processor, combine cashews and rolled oats and process until a fine flour forms. (About 30-60 sec). Be sure not to process too long.⠀ 2. Add the dates and process again until finely chopped. ⠀ 3. Add peanut butter (or sun butter), maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Process until combined. The dough should stick together when you press it between your fingers. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water and process again. ⠀ 4. Pulse in the chocolate chips until combined. ⠀ 5. Form a tablespoon at a time of dough into a ball. Set the ball on a parchment paper lined plate and repeat with the rest of the dough. ⠀ 6. Chill the dough balls in the freezer for about 30 min. Then enjoy! Et voila = ca. 500 kcal und 40 gramm Protein. Das mach ich oft so. Brokkoli oder Erbsen aus dem Tiefkühler, Mozzarella, Sojaflocken/Granulat, Proteincrispies als Topping, hartgekochte Eier, Hähnchen, Proteinpulver im Kaffee etc. - das ist das passende Sportler-Essen mit genug Protein für Menschen ohne Zeit😅🍔 Für mich veranschlage ich grob 120-130 gramm Protein (falls es vorm Wettkampf ne harte Diät sein muss sogar 150g), Kalorien zähle ich nicht. Das hat sich als praktikabel erwiesen. Second egg today and no fucks given!!! Lunch today was a poached egg 🥚 on 2 slices of hovis thick sliced toast buttered with flora spread(10g) 80g of cherry tomatoes 🍅 cucumber 🥒 (47g) and some bbq 🍖 sauce to dip my toast into 😉👌 part 2 the thing I’ve been avoiding for ages now is having muller rice 🍚 well not anymore. Not only am I having a muller rice but im having a fruiting casburys boost chocolate bar!🍫😱(40g bar of deliciousness. I forgot how amazing boost bars actually are🤤 caramel and crunchy biscuit filling with a milk chocolate coating. So im not only facing my fears and having muller rice & a chocolate bar together but I’m also breaking Anas stupid rule how I can only have one egg a day. Back home from a big old bike ride with the Boy child today. Stopped half way so the Boy could refuel while I stayed on plan and had a tea #willpower plus it's all free body magic #winnerwinner . Рецепт сырников💘 . Для приготовления нам понадобится: * творог – 500 г ☁️ * мука – 6 столовых ложек 🌾 * яйца – 2 шт 🥚 * сахар – 2 столовые ложки 🍭 * подсолнечное масло – 5 столовых ложек ☀️ . 1. Положите творог в большую емкость. Разотрите его с помощью вилки, чтобы не осталось больших комков.🐣 2. Добавляем яйца и сахар, затем тщательно все перемешиваем. 🥄 3. 5 ложек муки высыпаем в смесь, остальное бережем для лепки наших сырничков. Муки не жалейте, кладите с горкой!🌬 4. Поставьте сковородку на средний огонь, вылейте туда нужно количество масла.🍳 5. Насыпьте на тарелку оставшуюся муку и из полученной массы начинайте лепить 4-5 шариков за один раз (такая порция обычно помешается на сковородку)🍽 6.
