Брауни из 3-х ингредиентов)) Делюсь с вами рецептом) - Плитка горького шоколада - Яйца 3 штуки - Сахар по вкусу Шоколад растопить. Отделить белки от желтков. Белок взбить до пиков. Желтки добавить в растопленный шоколад и быстро перемешать, потом добавить белок и снова перемешать, добавить сахар. У вас получится жидкая шоколадная смесь. Разлить по формочкам или в одну форму, выпекать в разогретой духовке при 170 градусов 20 минут. Если хотите чтобы внутри брауни был более влажным, выпекать минут 10. Брауни остудить и подавать холодным с кофе ☕️. 🍫BROWNIE SIN HARINA en 5 pasos🍫 . Holis mis belles! Cómo están? Super viernes yeah! Para este finde frío desubicado de Córdoba, que el otoño nos pegó con todo, les dejo una receta divina, fácil, rápida, sin harina, y espectacularmente rica para que cocinen y se chupen los dedos!💕 En esta receta #mascarpone y #frutosrojos. 🍓 . Para el #browniesinharina vas a necesitar: 180g de #chocolatenegro (lo más amargo posible), 4 huevos de granja, 50g de manteca, 4 cucharadas de #azúcarmascabo #orgánica, Para el topping frutos rojos: 150cc de crema de leche, 150cc de queso mascarpone, 3 cucharadas de azúcar blanca orgánica, 250 grms. de frutos rojos. . 1. Precalentá el horno a moderado. Enmantecá una tortera, luego colocá sobre su base un papel manteca cortado con la forma de la tortera; por último volvé a enmantecar el papel manteca. De esta manera lográs que no se pegue y que sea muy fácil desmoldar. 2. Derretí completamente la manteca (cortada previamente en trozos) y el #chocolate negro partido. No olvides hacerlo a baño maría o a un fuego muy bajo para no quemar el chocolate. Retirá y reservá. 3. Batí las yemas con el azúcar hasta punto cinta, es decir, cuando estén bien espesas y de color amarillo pálido. Incorporá el chocolate y manteca derretidos y uní bien. 4. En otro bowl, batí las claras a punto nieve, es decir, cuando estén blancas, espumosas y no se muevan. Agregarlas a la preparación de chocolate en tres veces y con movimientos envolventes (usá una espárula de plástico). La preparación tiene que quedar de un color homogéneo. 5. Volca todo en la tortera y llevá al horno. Cociná 20 a 25 min. o hasta que al pinchar con un cuchillo en el centro este salga limpio. Ojo que no se queme abajo! . Arriba le ponés lo que se te canta. Crema, queso, frutas, dulce de leche, chocolate, etc. En este caso batí la crema con el mascarpone y con el azúcar hasta que esté firme. Corta el brownie con un cortador de galletas, o el molde de alfajor. Una tapa, crema, otra tapa y los frutos rojos. Listo y a disfrutar! . I have big dreams.... :: For years I have struggled to understand why I can't realize the dreams I have. I just assumed I was not committed enough, didn't believe in myself, had hopes that were too high? :: For months I have been drawing tarot cards from all different decks and I consistently get the one that basically says, "You are at a turning point in your life, big things are happening, you are ready to realize your dreams". So I couldn't understand why my business wasn't taking off, my singing, my work, my inner peace?? Nothing seemed to be happening. :: Now I know. :: It was this. Where’s my flour-free peeps at? 🤘🏻 Our family is not gluten-free but several people who are close to me, are! After trying gluten free bread and realizing how dry and crumbly it can be, I was determined to create a healthy, flour-free muffin that is moist, fluffy and delicious! These Banana-Oat muffins happen to be packed full of protein and fiber, and subtly sweetened with raw, unfiltered honey (thanks @oak.hill.farms!) 🍯 They have a delicious flavor similar to banana bread. I hope you’ll give them a try! I learn a new lesson about the relationship between my body and food every single week. It’s constantly changing, shifting, adapting, but there is one thing that remains always consistent—our bodies want to be fed well. And not just with yummy things, but healthy things. . During the last half of 2018, I finally figured out what I need for my daily output, figured out what kind of fitness I like outside of yoga, and what is going to both help me lose weight and tone muscle. Thus, since the beginning of 2019, I’ve been turning my attention to my input. What food works for me? . I’ve discovered a lot of interesting things. . One: dairy and I do not get along. I slowly broke away from it, and after only two weeks off, the next time I ate it, my body rebelled. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy pizza and queso sometimes, but I no longer eat cheese just because, drink any kind of real milk, and have given up yogurt. Instead, I discovered @goodplantsdairyfree almond milk yogurt, which has changed the game for me, and I don’t really miss cheese. . Two: tofu is awesome. Like, I knew it was a good source of protein, but I’ve actually been learning how to cook with it, and now, it’s my go-to protein for work lunches. . And three, something I’ve only just learned this month: carbs at lunch mean I’m either going to remain stagnant in my weight or I’m going to gain. It’s all trial and error, and every body is different. I was initially sad about dropping potatos and rice and other similar carbs at lunch because @centrfit has these amazing pancake recipes that I keep staring longingly at. . And then this happened. Flour-free, dairy-free pancakes that actually taste really damn good. They’re cinnamon vanilla banana pancakes with a vanilla raspberry compote and topped with fresh berries, and I devoured them. No carbs at lunch? No problem. I’ll just have pancakes instead. .
