EVERYONE WANTS A SUMMER BODY. WHY NOT A LIFE BODY? It’s that time of the year where everyone starts to “shred for Summer.” The same pointless dieting where they cut out all of their favourite foods in hopes of dropping the same 5kg they were trying to drop from last Summer. It’s about creating lifelong habits, rather than 8-week habits. I see far too many people cycle in and out of dieting phases, without ever learning how to maintain it in the process. Do a quick google search and you’ll see “8 week shreds,” “summer-body shreds” even “two-week shreds.” Sure, you can shed a couple kilograms in two weeks - this is easy. BUT - it’s not fat. It’s fluid. And you’ll feel like shit to being deprived on energy. As well as the fact that your mood will be low due to missing out on all of your favourite foods and having to say no to every social event you’re invited to because it isn’t in your meal plan. Keep to the basics. I say this over and over, but consistency is the key. Manage your calorie intake. If you’re new to tracking your calorie intake, download MYFITNESSPAL, track you’re calories for two weeks. Get your average calories for each week. Cut these by 10-20% and set your target for the following week, with at least 2g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight. You may just find that this 10-20% calorie drop means having a long-black coffee rather than a cappuccino, or switching to REAL potato rather than processed frozen chips. It’s about making small alterations, not completely up-ending your diet. 
KEEP IT SIMPLE! So that you’re not restarting your diet every couple of months.

« Sunday morning 🍫 » - Se réveiller tranquillement, traîner un peu au lit, se prélasser.. en sachant qu’il y a des fondants/coulants proteinés au chocolat dans le frigo. Tu le réchauffe légèrement au four et la journée démarre ! - Franchement, avoues qu’à première vue, on dirait un simple fondant ? Eh bien je t’assure qu’il est sain à 200 %, réalisé à base de petits suisses pour remplacer le beurre, édulcorant pour remplacer le sucre, farine de coco et cacao maigre pour l’apport en fibres ( 37g pour 100g ) et blancs d’œuf pour booster la recette en protéines. - J’ai toujours adoré remplacer le chocolat en tablette par du cacao maigre en poudre dans mes recettes. En plus d’être beaucoup plus prononcé en goût, il est beaucoup plus sain ( 11 g de lipides/100g, full protéine et fibres, très faible en glucide ). Il faut simplement trouver la dose adéquate d’édulcorant pour contrebalancer son amertume 😊. - Enfin bref ! Staying on track whilst travelling ✔️🍴 Currently in Melbourne for the next few days, and this is what I’ve bought (so far) for my meals and snacks. I’m utilising ready meals such as @corepowerfoods and soups, tuna cans, rice cakes, measured protein powder from home, yogurt, fruit and of course some freddos 😈 The one thing I did forget was a few sachets of quick oats 😭 Butttt this is why I love flexible dieting; it can take the stress out of travelling and eating out. Nach 3 Wochen Pause war ich Donnerstag dort um Rücken und Arme zu trainieren und ich habe kein bisschen Kraft eingebüßt! Ich habe lediglich mehr Muskelkater. Ein bisschen treten musste ich mich schon, damit nicht eine weitere Woche ohne Training vergeht aber als ich erstmal da war stand ich nach dem Training gleich nochmal 45 Minuten auf dem Laufband, so gut lief es.😍💪Die letzten 3 Wochen habe ich mir bewusst Zeit genommen alle Termine abzuklappern und meine Ernährung in Ruhe auf vegan umzustellen. 🍉🥑🥕🍌Mein Freund zieht mit! Das finde ich mega! Gestern haben wir den ganzen Tag damit verbracht einen riesigen Vorrat an Lebensmitteln einzukaufen, mit dem wir jetzt ohne großen Aufwand vegan kochen können und sind begeistert. Wer hätte das gedacht aber unsere Wohnung riecht wahnsinnig stark nach Käse. 🧀Und das obwohl die Käsesoße vegan ist! 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ Good morning guys!🌞🌞 I am back at the gym! After 3 weeks I went back to train my arms and my back and it felt amazing! 💪I didn't lose power and used the same weights I used before I started my little break. I needed that break because many things are going on and I changed my diet into a vegan diet. 🥑🍌🍞🥜I think it is important to take your time when u change your diet drastically and it was a very good decision! Luckily, my boyfriend wants to be vegan as well because he noticed all the benefits! Buon giorno amici e buona domenica! Che tempo fa da voi? Qui il freschetto è durato due giorni e poi di nuovo caldissimo! 🤒🤒 Quindi cosa c'è di meglio di un porridge freddo? 😍 Io per farlo utilizzo 40 g di fiocchi d'avena al naturale cotti in 80 g di latte e 80 g di acqua, aggiungo mezza tazzina di caffè e porto a bollore. Aggiungo 120 g di albumi e continuo la cottura mescolando delicatamente fino a quando il composto diventa cremoso. Faccio raffreddare ed aggiungo la cremina fatta con 5 g di cacao amaro e acqua (circa 20 g) e decoro! Curried chicken with Tesco pre cooked basmati rice. Serving size of meal is getting smaller. I realised that i dont "need" big volume meals to fill me up. Previously i was scared of being hungry. But then i noticed that i didnt get THAT hungry with smaller meals. Its a good pathing route to dining out with smaller portion food. . Tesco basmatic rice 1pkt Chicken breast 260g Carrot 150g Green peas 50g Corn 50g Dried raisin 15g Coconut oil 0.5tbsp Curry powder, pepper, salt, chilli powder Cook marinated chicken with oil in rice cooker. CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE 🍳🍚🥓 - Happy Monday! 💛 If you guys guessed turkey bacon from las night’s video you are absolutely right! 🙆🏻‍♀️ Here is a quick step by step on making one of my favourite macro-friendly dish. If you’re looking for a low carb alternative, give this a try by using cauliflower to make this version of fried rice. - - INGREDIENTS: - - 🍚1 head of cauliflower, cut up and stems removed 🍚Turkey bacon 🍚1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt 🍚Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 🍚Veggie mix (I used corn pea and carrot mix) 🍚Coconut oil - - INSTRUCTIONS: - - 🍳Preheat pan to medium heat 🍳Using a blender or a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until you get a texture finer than rice. 🍳Pan fry diced up Turkey bacon until crisp on the outside 🍳Put bacon away in container 🍳Pan fry cauliflower with veggie mix. Yummy brunch @nutritionstation_niddrie with @xlisrossitto and @emilyrich_93 At nutrition station they list the nutritional values for all their meals which is helpful when your tracking your intake. Today I created my own plate by ordering an omelette with a serve of quinoa sourdough and beetroot hummus, it was so tasty and has kept me full! A great balance of protein and fat (omelette) and carbs and fat from the quinoa sourdough. I’ll definitely be going back, lots of yummy things to choose from. #happysunday

Omguhhh y'all. This pimento cheese stuffed chicken was BOMB! 💣💥 . Recipe adapted from @emilybitesblog. On her recipe she makes her own pimento cheese and it says 6SPs but with the ingredients I used it came out to 9 #SPs in the @ww recipe builder. 📳 Only things I changed from her recipe was that I used @pvt_selection pimento cheese, whole wheat panko crumbs, and almond flour. Paired with sauteed zucchini and yellow squash. 🥒💛🍗 Oh, and a glass of cab of course. 🍷👌🏼 . SO delicious!!! Melts in your mouth! 👅💦 at The Cheesy Goodness

Mit der heutigen Grafik möchte ich dir eine grobe Volumenempfehlung von @rpdrmike vorstellen. Beachte aber, Volumen ist höchst individuell und ist abhängig von vielen Faktoren wie z. B. deiner Trainingserfahrung, deiner Übungsausführung, deinem Stress im Alltag, deinem Schlaf, deiner Kalorienbilanz etc.! Was die Volumenlandmarks im einzelnen bedeuten habe ich dir ja bereits erklärt! Um optimalen Progress zu machen empfehle ich dir dich den größten Teil deines Training in dem Bereich deines MAV aufzuhalten! Hier fährst du die besten Gainingrates! Zu Beginn deines Trainingszyklus solltest du dich eher an deinem MEV orientieren. Gegen Ende deines Trainingszyklus, sprich kurz vor deinem Deload, kannst du dich kurzfristig in deinem MRV aufhalten. Langfristig ist das Training innerhalb deines MRV nicht umsetzbar. Trainierst du langfristig über deinem MRV, kannst du dich von dem Trainingsvolumen nicht mehr erholen und folglich keinen Progress mehr erzielen und deine wird Performance sinken! @bop_coaching hat eine ähnliche Grafik dazu rausgebracht!
