Essa foi sem dúvidas a melhor massa de pastel que fiz, mudando os ingredientes tradicionais. A presença do glúten na farinha de trigo é essencial pra elasticidade, assim conseguimos moldar melhor é deixar bem fininha a massa. . Eu não sou celíaca e tb não tenho nenhum problema com #gluten, mas quem tem tem a versão com grão de bico aqui. . Então se liga: 150g de farinha de trigo integral 1 cc de fermento 3 cs de azeite Sal, pimenta, açafrão e páprica defumada a gosto. 90ml de água morna ou até dar ponto de moldar com a mão. . Misture tudo, amassando bem.. A massa tem que soltar da mão, caso isso não aconteça, adicione mais farinha, aos poucos até o ponto. Se estiver esfarelando adicione água aos poucos. Agora abra a massa em uma superfície untada no formato de círculos. Coloque em uma metade o recheio: - creme de ricota - espinafre com ricota - frango e queijo canastra - carne moída e azeitonas . Unte a beiradinha com água e feche, modelando a lateral com um garfo se quiser. Pincela uma gema de ovo e salpique sementes de gergelim ou linhaca por cima. “Cal in vs. out is ALL that matters.” “No no no... it’s all about your hormones!” ⠀⠀⠀ This debate has been constantly happening in the coaching industry lately and for many people who are NOT coaches... it’s confusing as hell. ⠀⠀⠀ So first and foremost, remember that as coaches we are here to help!! ⠀⠀⠀ Fighting each other over a topic like this just does not contribute to the reason we’re all here in the first place 🔀 to improve people’s lives. ⠀⠀⠀ But adding to that... ⠀⠀⠀ THEY BOTH MATTER!! ⠀⠀⠀ What matters “more” is less of a definitive answer and more of an individual matter. ⠀⠀⠀ Because yes, some people are blaming their hormones when in reality - they just over eat and do not accurately track their macros. ⠀⠀⠀ Other people are extremely exact with their macros, but they’re also stressed to the gills and THAT is what’s holding back their progress. ⠀⠀⠀ Lastly, some people have hormonal issues which actually causes a metabolic slow down. This makes their maintenance calories lower than normal or ideal, which also makes the deficit needed for fat loss REALLY low and somewhat unsustainable to achieve. So do they have a calories in vs. out problem or a hormone problem? BOTH. They have a hormonal problem that’s causing a calories in vs. calories out problem! ⠀⠀⠀ Point being, nobody’s “completely right” and nobody’s “completely wrong”. ⠀⠀⠀ It depends. ⠀⠀⠀ It’s individual. ⠀⠀⠀ And we should stop arguing about it because that doesn’t solve anyone’s fat loss problems. ⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Calories in vs. Calories out DOES matter, a lot. So much that NOBODY should ignore it if they want to see physical change. ⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Hormones DO play a major role in how our body responds, adapts, and uses the calories we’re taking in and how much we expend out. 💡AS LEIS/NORMAS DA SOCIEDADE NEM SEMPRE TE VÃO FAZER FELIZ! . ☝️Em primeiro lugar, queria agradecer ao meu colega e amigo,@inkhanced_physique, por me inspirar a escrever esta publicação, pois vem no seguimento da sua publicação recente sobre “síndrome do impostor”. . ↪️Algo que foi mencionado nessa publicação foi o seguinte: “estava a fazer apenas o que seria expectável e não me permitia ser autêntico (pressão familiar, padrões sociais desatualizados, etc) . 💨Ora bem, pegando no que disse o José, nos olhos da sociedade talvez ele fosse uma pessoa extremamente feliz ou então com razões para o ser, pois trabalhava na sua área de formação (engenharia). Contudo, a chave está no que o José disse de seguida: “apenas para posteriormente detestar o que fazia 8h por dia e de me considerar um profissional dolorosamente medíocre”. . 👉De realçar que peguei neste contexto em específico, mas serve para outros aspetos da vida em geral, e que perante os olhos da sociedade são pontos que ditam ser feliz/ter sucesso. No entanto, na minha visão, ser feliz/ter sucesso não está totalmente relacionado com: ser formado em x ou y, ter um casarão, ter carros/roupas XPTO, ter muito dinheiro, etc. Se tens tudo isto que foi mencionado atrás, mas acordas todos os dias com um vazio enorme, sem ter como grande objetivo ser melhor que ontem/ter motivação para encarar maior parte dos dias, na minha sincera opinião: grande fatia do que realmente é “felicidade” está perdida. . 🎯Na verdade, descobrir a felicidade é algo totalmente individual, pois todos somos diferentes, contudo, no final das contas, tentar ser autêntico, seja de que maneira for, acaba por ser um dos grande objetivos (sim, se quisermos todos podemos dar algo de bom ao mundo). ❌ Diets don’t work!! ❌ We have all heard this before, but most think diets don’t work because people lack “willpower” but that isn’t the case at all. Three different reasons that diets fail is 1) When someone is actively restricting food their brain is more likely to notice tasty delish food. 2) Hormones in the body change and make you feel hungrier. 3)Your metabolism slows and actually makes you hold onto fat. For those that don’t know I’ve been anit-diet the past few months and these are just a few reasons why. Crazy what happens when you find what works for you! Check out @dannyvega.ms and his awesome philosophy. He utilizes the paleo, keto, and intermittent fasting approach. His philosophy is that if you’re healthy and active, it’s totally fine to add whole food carbs. It likely will help your performance. - I agree with him because I don’t think anyone needs to tip the scale one way to much. As long as your diet is a whole foods approach, you can try different things. - Overall, even if your active, it’s good to keep the carbs low. Find what your upper limit of carbs is for you based on your lifestyle. ☝️reese's fast break☝️ BON si je vous fait le topo : nougat, une ganache crémeuse de beurre de cacahuètes enrobée de chocolat au lait. Le combo est qui annonce du lourd 😏 Il était donc NORMAL que je trouves et test cette barre 😜 Maintenant que c'est chose faite, je vous annonce le délire 😊 C'est un 8/10 parce que c'est du Reese's et que ça c'est hyper bon d'office, je veux dire.. TU CROIS PARLER À QUI PÉLOW 😂 Mais pourquoi 2 points de perdu ? Tout simplement parce que pour être honnête c'est hyper lourd 😵 Je suis arrivé à la moitié et j'étais déjà bien calmé ! The big difference is that it’s NATURAL sugars, not artificial/added ones. Fruit also contains FIBER, which is essential for regular digestion, lowering cholesterol levels and keeping you full for longer! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you ever have a coach/trainer who doesn’t let you eat fruit because it’s unhealthy and has too much sugar...🏃‍♂️RUN! ➡️You should always prioritize eating QUALITY, NUTRIENT DENSE foods. Even if you track macros, it is important to fill your day with whole nutritious foods because they are essential for keeping your body healthy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Also, the more you limit foods, the more you’ll crave them and will end up possibly overeating them. How do you know you had a successful day of eating? - Did you eat low carb? 🥖 Avoid the office donuts? 🍩 Eat your meal prepped chicken and broccoli instead of getting takeout? 🥦 Or, did you ruin it all by eating a cookie after lunch? 🍪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s how I evaluate a successful day of eating: ✔️Did I eat enough protein? ✔️Did I eat enough fiber (25-40g)? ✔️Did I eat mostly (about 80%) unsaturated fats? ✔️Did I hit my calories? Notice how this DOESN’T include avoiding any of my favorite foods 🍕🍔🍩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I ❤️ macro counting because it removes the guilt from food and lets me look more objectively at what I’m eating. LES RÉGIMES ⛔🚫 ➡️Depuis des années, les corps "parfaits" sont omniprésents et nous font croire que ce serait un synonyme de bonne santé et de reconnaissance sociale, ➡️Vous n'êtes pas un poids. Vous êtes une 🧔👱‍♀️👨🏻. Quand on parle de vous on aborde votre nom, prénom, particularités mais on ne dit pas "Voici 65kg". ➡️Le problème des régimes c'est qu'ils vont certes vous faire📉 du poids très rapidement car l'apport calorique est drastiquement réduit. Votre poids va 📉 votre égo va être content de voir ce chiffre sur la ⚖ mais qu'en est t'il vraiment ? ➡️Ce que l'on oublie c'est le ralentissement métabolique qui vient rapidement. En effet c'est de la masse maigre que vous allez perdre en priorité (muscles), de l' 💦 surtout si vous vous lancez dans la diabolisation des glucides (🍚 🥖 🥝) ... Vous allez perdre beaucoup d'énergie, votre libido sera digne d'un 🧓 de 80 ans et vous ne serez bon qu'à 😴 toute la journée. ➡️Si vous avez mis votre métabolisme en PLS vous allez à l'encontre de votre objectif ➡ vous perdez du 💪🏼 ➡ le corps se préserve et se met en mode économie d'énergie. ➡️Une fois entré dans ce cercle vicieux, le risque est de devoir toujours ➕ réduire vos portions 🍽. Non-dairy coffee caramel fudge by @benandjerrys _ I’ve gotten asked about non-dairy flavors I’d recommend. Honestly haven’t tried much of them, so I’ll try to post more non dairy options. _ This flavor has 2 things that are some of my favorite stuff. Caramel and coffee. So I had to make it my first non-dairy review. _ The base wasn’t very creamy, slightly more icy/watery which is to expect from non-dairy flavors, not bad consistency at all though. _ The coffee flavor was strong, I i actually enjoyed it. There was a “different “ flavor in the mix, which I’m guessing is from mixing it with almond milk. _ It was packed with chocolate chips, and surprisingly to me, I enjoyed them, a lot. They blended great with the base. And has a great crunch to them. _ I was really disappointed with the caramel on this one. It almost had none. Towards the end of the pint, you can see a small swirl of it, and that about as much as I got. Real let down here. _ Would I buy it again?
