WHEW!! 2011 vs 2019! I was probably 160ish in that first picture. Currently im about 188. But the progress I have made has been in the span of 3 1/2 years minus several months due to 2 different surgeries. A week and a half into prep and already seeing changes in my body! Eating 5 meals a day consistently with high protein levels (2-3 protein shakes a day + 13-16oz of lean protein), lots of vegetables and a fair amount of carbs as well! Adjusting to spending 2 hours at the gym most days and recovering quick from workouts. Hardest part? Meal prep! 😂 Looking forward to seeing my body adjust and the changes I make in the next 11.5 weeks! 🙌🏼

Laying here writing this and my entire body has a training effect shake to it. From head to toe I'm trembling, I love it. Tonight was a good night to get uncomfortable and train shit I'm not good at. This circuit had my abs crying, feel free to throw this onto the end of an upper body day! ☃️❄️☃️ The workout: 1️⃣Weighted leg raises - 15 reps 2️⃣Reverse crunches w a weighted ball- 15 reps 3️⃣Corkscrews - 10 reps each side 4️⃣ Hollow hold onto Single leg crunch - 10 reps each side ☃️Repeat circuit 3-4 times

⭐️⭐️⭐️Caramelized Honey Lime Salmon⭐️⭐️⭐️. . This is one my favorite dinners to make!! It is so simple and i tend to play around with the ingredients every time i prepare it 🍅. Please give this recipe a try ⬇️⬇️⬇️. Keep in mind that you can manipulate this recipe depending on the size of your salmon.🐟. . Ingredients 📝. 1 medium sized salmon fillet 2 Tbsp melted butter 1 Tbsp olive oil + extra Juice of 1 lime + fresh lime wedge 1 Tbsp honey 1 minced garlic clove Handful colorful cherry tomatoes, halved Salt and Pepper, to taste Fresh Cilantro for garnishing Directions👩🏻‍🍳. 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease a large baking sheet with foil. 2. Stir the butter, olive oil, garlic , tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour into a ziplock bag with the salmon fillet. Let it sit aside for 10-20 minutes (or longer). 3. Remove the salmon from the ziplock bag and place it on the baking sheet. Spoon the tomatoes on to the salmon then pour the remaining marinade on to the fillet. Bake for 20 mins. Switch the oven to broil and cook another 5 mins. 4. You can serve it over white rice and homemade avocado salad on top. And finally garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime 🤤💚💛❤️🧡
